The condo I visited had a very nice city view, although the owner was disappointed by the new construction in Newport of a Target and Kroger complex. Apparently the view was more scenic before the construction began. Anyway, the condos are brick exterior and in a nicely landscaped community. Each unit is 3 stories, I believe. I only saw the kitchen, dining and living area on the main floor of this particular unit, but it was arranged nicely. The units range from 2-4 bedrooms. It's a bit of a drive from Grand Ave. to the condos since you're winding to the top, but worth it.

They specialize in serving the western and north-western areas of Cincinnati, and they're expertise shows! I used them to buy and sell my first house and buy the second, as well. When selling the first we worked with two other realtors before coming back to Hoeting. I always feel like the realtors at Hoeting make a point of creating a personal relationship with their clients. I never felt like a commission, or a number in a spreadsheet, like I did with the other realtors we dealt with. I've also noticed that Hoeting is really gung-ho about open houses. During the winter, most realtors stop doing open houses, but not Hoeting. They'll keep working on selling your house, no matter what the season. When it came to buying a house, our realtor took the time to understand exactly what we wanted. Here's a tip, trust your realtor to find good houses. Every time we brought a house to her, it turned out to be a disastrous fit. She knew what we wanted better than we did! One issue I had with Hoeting is that their communication setup is not very streamlined. Larger realtors have a central staff that deals with booking showings and open houses. This made it really easy to deal with setting up showings and knowing exactly what's happening. With Hoeting, I would have to call my realtor directly and she would pass the info along to the necessary people. On the one hand, that's personal service, but on the other, she wasn't always available right when I needed her. With that said, there were times when we had to schedule meetings at odd hours and she was always willing to bend over backwards to make it work for us. Including coming to our house at 9:30pm to answer our questions about an addendum! That flexibility was a life-saver! I think you'll be very pleased with Hoeting Realtors, and tell Tina Rieder I said "Hello!"

Geared more towards corporate housing and temporary-living furnished apartments, changing times led this building to be converted into traditional living spaces. Containing six floors and 150 apartment units, you will notice The Gramercy's hospitality roots at first glance. The hallways look spot on like a hotel, just spruced up a bit with trendy carpet, fashionable doors, and house numbers. Inside, you won't find and exposed ceilings or lofty settings like in other Downtowne apartments. Instead, the units boast the standard, boxy layout of rooms. The Gramercy offers studios, one and two bedroom units, and two bedroom townhomes. The townhomes have private entrances facing Piatt Park, making a nice change from formal apartment living. The apartments have secure access, a rooftop pool, an on-site coin laundry room, access to the fitness center across the street, and a corner market next door. Plus, a secure parking garage is located beneath the building for $71.00 per month. Most of the units have balconies too, but lookout for the places with "pocket balconies." That's slang for a sliding glass door that leads to nowhere, as there is a fence directly in front of it. The Cincinnati real estate market is pretty challenging right now and Amy has adjusted her processes to give buyers the best chance at winning a home with limited inventory on the market. Not only is she an expert in the Cincinnati real estate market having lived and worked in the area for a number of years, but she has built an excellent reputation with realtors here as well. Case in point, due to her excellent advice and relationships, we were able to make a winning bid on a home in a multiple offer situation even though we weren't the highest bidder. Amy has an excellent support team, from loan specialists, inspectors, and title agency. Everyone we have dealt with has been super communicative, eager to answer questions and all working together to support a quick closing that the seller was working for. I would have no hesitation referring Amy to anyone looking to buy or sell in the Cincinnati area. Amy is the BEST!
