First and foremost, this liquor store is a beer lover's paradise. If you're like me, and have a real affinity for imported beers, particularly Belgian and German, this is the go-to place. The beer coolers wrap around the entire side and back of the store, and a good 1/3 of it is for their selection of Belgian / German beers. Next up is the "Craft" beers like Sam Adams, etc, and finally you move into the more pedestrian stuff like Coors, Rolling Rock, etc. Oh, but that's not all - there's an entire isle of unrefrigerated import / craft beer as well, mostly in large 750ml bottles.
A quick aside for anybody reading this: if you haven't had beer from Belgium (or even in that style), you're seriously missing out. Yes, the cost can be quite a bit higher than that case of Milwaukee's Best, but your taste buds will thank you. This brings me to another positive thing about this location, and that's that the owners are quite knowledgeable on beer and beer styles. I'm guessing they're good at wine as well, given the name of the store, but that's totally not my bag. So if you're not too up-and-up on the whole import beer scene, ask for help and I'm sure they'll find something to recommend to you.
The only downsides I can think of about this location is that the hard liquor section can be kind of small, and they don't have many "oddball" wines like Meads, spiced, or a huge selection of Sake. They're apparently opening another location that's twice the size, so maybe the new store will have a better liquor selection. Only other thing, as another reviewer mentioned, is they don't really have many sales here, and the prices for some things can be anywhere from $0.50 to $1 higher than nearby competitors. Still, most certainly worth a visit if you want to see the shore area's best import beer selection around.
