The bathrooms were re done so for those who know that stupid door is finally fixed. I'm pretty sure they even re did the paint on the walls. Bartenders were sweethearts. Good energy through and through. The owner even bought me and my girl DJ Licious a round of shots some amazing tequila lime concoction. So happy I didn't go to bed after family Easter . I have other liquor stores in my area, that are a little closer, but I always drive the couple of extra miles to go to Baileys. Baileys is extremely fortunate to have an individual like Nirmal as a "team" member, he truly is an invaluable asset. However, after paying for our alcohol, the owner - WITHOUT A MASK ON - asked the cashier to print out a copy of our receipt. Without asking us, he began to dig through the alcohol in our cart to make sure that we weren't stealing anything. At one point, when I mentioned to my cousin that we still needed to grab the ice that we paid for on the way out, he accused us of not paying for the ice and began to count our alcohol again. He claimed that we already had 8 items in our cart when my cousin politely tried to explain that we only had 7 (the 8th being the ice we still needed to grab). After checking our cart multiple times (throwing the cases back into our cart haphazardly), he finally realized that we were right and he told us he'd bring the ice to our car. The entire time his mask wasn't on. I felt too intimidated to ask him to put his mask on and overall just completely uncomfortable with how the situation was handled. This situation could have been handled so much more respectfully. Later that week we had a power outage and my dad ran out to get ice. Lavallette Liquors told my dad over the phone that they had ice but when he drove there they refused to sell him ice unless he bought alcohol. I am so disappointed with the service here. I'm writing this review in the hopes that the owner may re-evaluate how he runs his business.

It was very last minute, and after one store in the area was somewhat rude and another never answered their phone ... decided to look up reviews and happened upon this outstanding establishment! Third times a charm: when we called, the gentleman who answered was gracious and said that he would get us to a manager or owner within five minutes. Sure enough: within five minutes we got a callback from the owner! We explained that we needed to get a fine champagne delivered as soon as possible to someone in their area, and would like to ask that the gift card please be printed and the champagne gift wrapped. The owner said no problem to both requests. He patiently went through all of their fine champagnes, and we were able to pick one that was both within our budget but also very upscale. He also graciously worked with us on the delivery. Everything happened so swiftly and seamlessly, and we were assured not just of immediate delivery, but also a 2nd delivery in case nobody was around to except the gift middle of the day. Just blown away by the attentiveness, kindness, and outstanding service. Whatever your liquor needs - whether it's just a nice case of upscale brewskie... a high end gift ... or anywhere in between... MUST CALL!
