When making linguine and white wine sauce for clams we were offered a selection that made our dinner very memorable. The staff was very friendly and served us with a smile. I went back inside Spirits, showed them the bag which was still in my hand. Clerk called the manager / owner who refused to provide a replacement bottle of wine. Their bag split open 10 seconds after I left the store, before I could get to my car. ***Horrible customer service from the faceless person on the other end of the phone.*** Store employees were nice but powerless. ****Many other liquor store options in the area and I will patronize the competition.
