We were recommended to come here by the fiber store, Tricot, down the street. I forgot to take a photo of the shelves of wine they have in stock, but it was impressive! The store is intimate and could be intimidating, but the staff is so friendly and helpful. They mostly stock natural wines from France, Spain, and Italy. My mom does not drink much at all and we didn't get a snobby vibe from the employees - just welcoming. There are maps of the countries the wine is from, which feels like a nice perspective. It feels worldly without being elitist. The small interior could be intimidating because there are no private spaces - all public conversations - but everyone we met was so warm and easy to speak to. If we lived in town, we'd take advantage of their wine CSA - 3 bottles a month for $55. We sampled 3 wines and had a glass of wine each and our total was about $18. I tried this spot after being recommended by two natural wine bars in San Antonio and one in Austin. And now I always try and stop here when I'm in town! I love trying the daily selections. We went in this place trying to find a wine that was served at a local establishment. The woman working there was condescending and pretentious. We purchased two bottles of wine from her and yet still so pretentious. We tried the first bottle and it was NOTHING like we wanted. We asked for a Sauvignon blanc and this wine was a Chardonnay type of wine. Very disappointing when this woman acted like she knew what she was talking about. read more

A fantastic find in the heart of Waco. Met the owner and hung out with the fabulous Ms. Carole while sipping some wonderful wines from Spain and Uruguay. Some of the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in Waco. Always happy to pour you a complimentary tasting to help you decide on a glass or bottle. Really cool, minimalist interior build out. Outdoor seating is amazing on warmer days. They're always sourcing new and interesting wines, and it's easy to grab a bottle to-go. We've been members of their monthly CSA (wine club) for a couple years now and we always look forward to picking up those 3 bottles every month. I had been driving by this place for months and finally stopped in today. The service was wonderful and incredibly intelligent, which is rather difficult to find around here. The selection is not the biggest, but the varietals offered are very unique and difficult to find. The price point is also spot on!
