It's more of a patty with a couple chops where it needed to be more thoroughly chopped and spread across, if you will. It's definitely filling. They do not skimp you when it comes down to the quantity of food, but the quality of the flavor just doesn't make me say, "Heck yeah, I want to order that again." The experience, the area, the seating, the atmosphere, the live music, all of that is absolutely there. You can't take that away from the location. From a standpoint, if I have to run and tell everybody to try this food, that just wasn't there, and the prices weren't ridiculous either. I'm not going to say that they knock you over the head for the amount of food or for the food itself, but that's my experience. They have some great happy hour deals from 3-6pm as well! A member of my group ordered from the food trailer and I tried some of her fries and they were fresh, nicely salted, and beer battered. Super delicious and I didn't even need a dipping sauce. I would love to come back here and try some more options and lucky for me it's less than 2 miles from where I work.

We enjoyed the details and descriptions of the distillery operations. The rick house was impressive. We finished with a tasting of four spirits. The vodka, gin, Kansas City whiskey and coffee liqueur. All were excellent. J. Rieger is the top distillery in the metro, for sure. Highest quality. They even have a spiral slide from the restaurant down to the bottom floor. We enjoyed the tasting room and cocktails outside where we could hear music from Knuckleheads next door.
