Wound up stumbling into Fox Home Center while checking out different places. Honestly, Fox Home Center is probably not the best place to go if you are looking for the cheapest option. But, if you want quality items and, at least from what I experienced, a near "one stop shop" with good customer service, I would recommend Fox Home Center. Mark was great to work with. He answered all my questions and was honest with me. The vanity I originally wanted, he explained, would not arrive in time for our project. So, he helped me find a great alternative. We wound up buying a "display" mirror for a significant discount and we love it. Mark made sure the display was not damaged (a real challenge as this was a big mirror) with shipping. Something that made me trust Mark- to make sure I wasn't getting ripped off, on my own, I went to manufacturer (Moen) website. Turns out Mark was offering me the Moen "sale price", the lowest price that Moen would give if you worked with them directly. That made me feel pretty good, as I had not even asked Mark to give me a discount. When I asked to ship all this stuff to my house, there was no problem or fee. He kept it all together for me at the store as each time arrived, making it easy to keep it together. All items arrived and installed as described. To really top off the good customer service - the Toliet we ordered wouldn't fit (not Mark fault, because Contractors didn't measure until end of project). But, Mark took the Toliet back without hesitation and gave me a full refund. I plan on purchasing from them again in the future, and I am happy to support a local business.

The Lock body set needed for this decorative handle is unavailable. Never received the screw trim strips that should have came with the door. Spoke to the owner once in June when order was so delayed. Paid in full at time of order by the way. Mike Laird the owner said call him anytime time with any other issues. I've now left him five messages with no return call. I have a beautiful new front door and a screen door that has no handles and no caps to cover installation screws. A couple issues did occur. The installer didn't take the lightbulb from the old liftmaster unit and add it to the new one, they just threw the old one out with the perfectly good light bulb in it and didn't install the bulb in the new unit. I had to go in the trash to get the lightbulb from the old unit after the installer left. Also, the garage door opened and closed from inside the garage but from the alley, the remotes would not close the garage. Only open it. I messaged Mohamed and demonstrated the issue over facetime. Eventually, he stopped replying to my messages and didn't provide a timeframe for sending somebody back out to look at it. I took matters into my own hands and deleted and reprogrammed the remotes myself several times until the garage door remotes worked as they should.
