Unfortunately, I can't my son didn't recall the security officer's name, but I think it started with a K. My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Your kindness in not just passing by but stopping to engage and assist them means so much. I truly hope to encounter you again someday so I can personally thank you for your compassionate actions.

Terrible security guard at Trader Joe's on 4th street & Market just told me 2 hours ago I was…read morebanned from the Store. Immediately went to Store Manager & guard said it happened one month ago. I told Manager he has followed me around store for over a month daily and I have receipts. Asked guard why I was banned in front of Manager. No answer. Because Guard made it all up. I told Manager I have receipts for daily shopping for months at same store and Guard was lying. Brought back receipts. I have on video as defamation of character & false accusations are unacceptable. I asked manager to fire Guard as he lied and security guard had no answer for a reason why I would be banned.
