I requested to install an 85" TV in the living room with a Sonos sound bar and separate wireless subwoofer. I also bought a PS5 and asked them to install and route the wires. I asked for high quality wires that can handle 4K or higher and they made sure of it and showed me the box/manufacturer of the cables. I did buy an expensive TV mount but they told me that I would be better off buying a cheaper cost mount that extended better and recommended me one from Walmart. They weren't wrong. So I returned the expensive one. I appreciate their expertise and recommendation. They knew that I was very picky on installation details, routing wiring (especially hiding visible wires), mounting location and they did an excellent job. I would definitely hire them again.

The woman that patrols my neighborhood has been harassing my family and I for about a month now and I have called to complain but nothing was done. When I spoke with the manager, she was cool and i really thought she would do something about what I was telling her but she didn't and still hasn't. They had to out source and call to do anything becuase xfinity apparently can't do anything correctly like even provide decent cell phone or internet service. After I left the store I called customer service and was told that my phone wasn't reported stolen, but it wasn't compatible with Xfinity. So ..... I took by business to T-Mobile and they were able to help me instantly without a problem. I'm about to switch all 5 lines to T-mobile. Unfortunately, I can't my son didn't recall the security officer's name, but I think it started with a K. My son and three of his friends found themselves in a tough situation when they got into an accident, and one of their headlights was out. The officer arrived and, noticing their distress, took the time to assist them in fixing it so they could safely drive home. As a mother, it's terrifying to imagine your child stranded and vulnerable, especially in an unfamiliar and less-than-ideal area. I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to that officer for stepping in to help my son and his friends get home safely. Your kindness in not just passing by but stopping to engage and assist them means so much. I truly hope to encounter you again someday so I can personally thank you for your compassionate actions.
