Airpark took great care of our ladies. Although they were inside kitties, our Vets understood, and did vaccinate for FEV because we had previously lost a young indoor cat to the disease - he'd picked it up while being boarded. Last year, when they started losing weight rather drastically (after one had been on a weight reducing diet for years), the Vets and Techs provided first rate care. As first one, then six months later the other were diagnosed with cancer, options for treatment were explained. While my Mom was quite literally dying of cancer 150 miles away, Dr. M. sat with me and talked with me about that and my sick cats for probably an hour... almost as if I was her patient. There was never a time when I felt that my cats were not a priority to the Vet staff, or the techs (they were seen by more than one Vet, although towards the end it was mostly Dr. M.) treating them. Staff took the time to love on my girls. Even as each reached the end, we all felt supported, and respect was given to my cats, and my family. When the time comes, we will definitely be back.

The doctors at Westminster Hospital said they would not have to do that-they used laser treatments and after about seven visits, my boy's tail was good as new! During her consultation the week before I was told that she possibly needed one tooth pulled, but they would not pull it unless absolutely necessary. Had to drop her off at 8 AM, called to check on her at 12:50 PM. Was told she was in surgery and doing fine. got a callback from the Vet around 2:45 PM letting me know that she had a fractured jaw. when I got there, I paid and they handed me my cat in the carrier and we insisted to speak to the vet. It turns out they say they saw the jaw fracture in the pre-surgery x-ray. If so, why wasn't I told about it? Even if they didn't notify me, I took it upon myself to call to check on her. Especially before they pulled 9 teeth out of her mouth? we waited and finally got to talk to the vet. She told me that my cat must have done this injury at home. I felt under her jaw and it is a very noticeable injury(her favorite place for rubs is under her chin, so I definitely would have noticed or felt it) It is now swollen at least three times It's original size. I had to ask the vet about when to give her her medication, how and when to feed her and any infection signs to look for because they did not tell me any of that. I will pay anything for the cost of care for my pet, but I am completely heartbroken at the pain she is going through now. Accidents happen, but it would have been nice if they would have admitted that this was done while my baby was in their care!! there is no way this injury had already happened before I brought her in that morning. In any case, they have gotten quite a bit of money from me and I have found a new vet!

We only wish we'd known about them sooner, it would've saved a lot of hassle schlepping a large dog to the traditional veterinary facility we'd used prior. Highly recommend these folks! But now that we've finally brought a new dog into our family we were told they're reevaluating for new clients in December (2021). So they don't compromise their standard of care by taking on more than they're able to serve. In the meantime we've found another mobile vet in Keymar, also highly recommended, but we'll always be grateful for the TLC our dog received and the closure afforded us under the guidance of MD Mobile Vet in Uniontown.

Was called and told that they don't think anything was blocked and she would be fine. The next day, she was much worse. Was a Saturday, their office isn't open so called Rolling Hills Animal Hospital and explained the situation. Their response? Yeah, it's pretty likely that she is obstructed and we don't have the capability here to do a surgery for that anyway so please take her to a higher care animal hospital. We did, $8000 dollars and a bowel resection later she is great. Called Hampstead vet and asked Dr Megan specifically if they even have the capability to treat an obstructed bowel--NO THEY DO NOT. There was absolutely no reason to have ever made an appointment with us after I explained what was going on; OR to take X-rays and give fluids when you couldn't even do anything to help her. If they ACTUALLY cared about your pets they would have told me to take her to a higher care animal hospital from the start and they could've found and removed the Nyla bone clump from her belly with a scope procedure instead of an invasive surgery.

After waiting over 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment I left very angered and disappointed. My puppy which was there 30 days ago received a booster vaccine which I was aware of. However when it was time for payment I was hit with unexpected charges which were not explained to me. They advised me that my puppy would be charged for a wellness exam every time she came which was surprising to me because she was just there for a full exam. I complained however that did nothing. They just wanted my money. Before I even went into the exam room a dog that was sick urinated from the cage into the floor from being sick. The owners advised the people up front of what had happened. They stated someone would clean it up but after a 40 minute wait I watched the urine dry to the floor. No one cleaned anything. My mother in law referred me to this clinic, however after what I saw I made the choice to never return here again. Highly disappointed!
