Airpark took great care of our ladies. Although they were inside kitties, our Vets understood, and did vaccinate for FEV because we had previously lost a young indoor cat to the disease - he'd picked it up while being boarded. Last year, when they started losing weight rather drastically (after one had been on a weight reducing diet for years), the Vets and Techs provided first rate care. As first one, then six months later the other were diagnosed with cancer, options for treatment were explained. While my Mom was quite literally dying of cancer 150 miles away, Dr. M. sat with me and talked with me about that and my sick cats for probably an hour... almost as if I was her patient. There was never a time when I felt that my cats were not a priority to the Vet staff, or the techs (they were seen by more than one Vet, although towards the end it was mostly Dr. M.) treating them. Staff took the time to love on my girls. Even as each reached the end, we all felt supported, and respect was given to my cats, and my family. When the time comes, we will definitely be back.

He had a great visit and everyone was kind and helpful. You can expect to wait like you would at any vet or even regular doctor office. The reason I'm reviewing is because we recently had an emergency on a Friday night and I left the office a voicemail to contact me first thing in the morning so they could squeeze us in. They did as I asked and called me at 7:30AM to get us in at 9:30AM. They took care of my dog and bumped him up on the dental schedule so they could remove the bad tooth asap. They were very accommodating and gave him meds he needed same day. What I really love about Banfield is that if you live on a budget this business is great to keep your vet bills down for checkups and dental. I know what to expect monthly and even the one off charges are explained before I have to swipe my card. Cindy Rose

UNACCEPTABLE PRACTICING. They knew my pet was constipated but didn't treat the pet for that the first time. They treated my pet the day after for it and sent my pet home with a enema. The pet was so backed up you couldn't see the bladder. Still sent my pet home. Only to come home from work the next day to find my beloved pet dead on the floor

This is my first puppy in over 20 years so I have lots of questions. I have also taken my cat here for the past 6 years. One day she seemed to have a reaction to a vaccine and when I called them and explained, they had me bring her back to check her out and make sure she was ok even though they were closing soon. During her consultation the week before I was told that she possibly needed one tooth pulled, but they would not pull it unless absolutely necessary. Had to drop her off at 8 AM, called to check on her at 12:50 PM. Was told she was in surgery and doing fine. got a callback from the Vet around 2:45 PM letting me know that she had a fractured jaw. when I got there, I paid and they handed me my cat in the carrier and we insisted to speak to the vet. It turns out they say they saw the jaw fracture in the pre-surgery x-ray. If so, why wasn't I told about it? Even if they didn't notify me, I took it upon myself to call to check on her. Especially before they pulled 9 teeth out of her mouth? we waited and finally got to talk to the vet. She told me that my cat must have done this injury at home. I felt under her jaw and it is a very noticeable injury(her favorite place for rubs is under her chin, so I definitely would have noticed or felt it) It is now swollen at least three times It's original size. I had to ask the vet about when to give her her medication, how and when to feed her and any infection signs to look for because they did not tell me any of that. I will pay anything for the cost of care for my pet, but I am completely heartbroken at the pain she is going through now. Accidents happen, but it would have been nice if they would have admitted that this was done while my baby was in their care!! there is no way this injury had already happened before I brought her in that morning. In any case, they have gotten quite a bit of money from me and I have found a new vet!

The vet can come and check out all the animals at once, instead of bringing all the animals to the vet. Well, my husband and I decided to try her out for our dogs. This way they don't associate going for car rides and going to the vet. Currently, we have a 3 year old puggle and a 4 year old lab-mix. Both of them have done very well with Dr. Nancy and her team. She takes appointments Mon-Saturday I think. She's usually right on time, but keep in mind - this is a mobile business, so sometimes she's early/late pending traffic. But she's also coming to ME, so it's not like I have to pack them up and take them anywhere. The prices are about the same as taking my dogs to the vet. We also purchase our heart worm, tick/flea items through MD Mobile Vet. She's been a great resource. When my puggle got sick, I called her up and she helped me out over the phone. When I first got my puggle, he was a menace and a half. Turns out the bugger had a stomach bug. Dr. Nancy gave him a full work up, figured out what was wrong with him, and mailed up antibiotics ASAP. Couple of days later, the little guy was all fixed up and ready to play. We got the recommendation from a farmer. And we've recommended her to a couple other friends. She's great with the dogs, answers all my questions, and is very personable. We will continue to have our pups cared for by the MD Mobile Vet!

We have multiple…read morecats and dogs and she's shown even the most difficult of our pets kindness, compassion and patience. When a horse farm near us closed it's doors, we found ourselves feeding and watering the unneutered barn cats. So as to help us control the feral population, she neutered/spayed the cats we caught, treated them for flea/tick infestations and notched an ear (for itentification) for an amazingly compassionate price. Additionally, she's just as caring toward the human owners. When one of our dogs developed a very difficult case of diabetes (his daily fluctuations were several hundred glucose points even on insulin), she made herself available to us readily while we sorted out testing him using a glucose meter and developed a food recipe without complex carbs that controlled those fluctuations. Her staff is all competent, capable, kind and compassionate as well. I also have to mention that her prices are extremely reasonable. If you are looking for a kind, compassionate, knowledgeable and exceptionally well priced veterinarian, you need look no further, Dr. Megan is all the aforementioned, and much more.

Was called and told that they don't think anything was blocked and she would be fine. The next day, she was much worse. Was a Saturday, their office isn't open so called Rolling Hills Animal Hospital and explained the situation. Their response? Yeah, it's pretty likely that she is obstructed and we don't have the capability here to do a surgery for that anyway so please take her to a higher care animal hospital. We did, $8000 dollars and a bowel resection later she is great. Called Hampstead vet and asked Dr Megan specifically if they even have the capability to treat an obstructed bowel--NO THEY DO NOT. There was absolutely no reason to have ever made an appointment with us after I explained what was going on; OR to take X-rays and give fluids when you couldn't even do anything to help her. If they ACTUALLY cared about your pets they would have told me to take her to a higher care animal hospital from the start and they could've found and removed the Nyla bone clump from her belly with a scope procedure instead of an invasive surgery.

Kitty started having some issues and I took her to Mountainside because it is close to my mom's. They were great from the start, but the reason I am writing a review is because of the following: Due to COVID, vet appointments are done from the car. They come out and take your pet, while you wait in the car, then they call to discuss their evaluation, and then bring them back when they're done. Well, we were done with our appointment and my car wouldn't start, so I called to let them know that I was taking up a space still and they asked if I needed anything and then asked if it would help for someone to come and get my kitty so that she wasn't stuck in the hot car with me while I waited for AAA. They immediately thought about my cat and were willing to take her back inside the building to keep an eye on her, which significantly reduced my stress levels during the whole crisis. TLDR: Everyone at Mountainside has been kind and helpful and they went out of their way to help my cat when I was in a jam. I would recommend them to anyone in the area with a furry family member that needs a good vet!

After waiting over 40 minutes for my scheduled appointment I left very angered and disappointed. My puppy which was there 30 days ago received a booster vaccine which I was aware of. However when it was time for payment I was hit with unexpected charges which were not explained to me. They advised me that my puppy would be charged for a wellness exam every time she came which was surprising to me because she was just there for a full exam. I complained however that did nothing. They just wanted my money. Before I even went into the exam room a dog that was sick urinated from the cage into the floor from being sick. The owners advised the people up front of what had happened. They stated someone would clean it up but after a 40 minute wait I watched the urine dry to the floor. No one cleaned anything. My mother in law referred me to this clinic, however after what I saw I made the choice to never return here again. Highly disappointed!
