Professional, friendly and affordable. I've used other local vets but this one is the best. Their new location is beautiful.

Was called and told that they don't think anything was blocked and she would be fine. The next day, she was much worse. Was a Saturday, their office isn't open so called Rolling Hills Animal Hospital and explained the situation. Their response? Yeah, it's pretty likely that she is obstructed and we don't have the capability here to do a surgery for that anyway so please take her to a higher care animal hospital. We did, $8000 dollars and a bowel resection later she is great. Called Hampstead vet and asked Dr Megan specifically if they even have the capability to treat an obstructed bowel--NO THEY DO NOT. There was absolutely no reason to have ever made an appointment with us after I explained what was going on; OR to take X-rays and give fluids when you couldn't even do anything to help her. If they ACTUALLY cared about your pets they would have told me to take her to a higher care animal hospital from the start and they could've found and removed the Nyla bone clump from her belly with a scope procedure instead of an invasive surgery.

Each and every visit and expedites has been nothing shy of amazing. I'd would proudly recommend anyone to this vet. The prices are extremely reasonable, the staff makes my pup feel so safe and comfortable despite the trauma she's been through and reasons for visiting. My girl broke her jaw and Dr. Megan and staff answered the phone for me every 10 minutes when i called without hesitation despite how annoying i had to have been. I will no longer send any of my pets elsewhere. I am so extremely grateful for the advice and the amazing experience i was granted. 10/10 wouldn't recommend anywhere else.

One of the attendants was kind enough to meet me at my car carrying Bailey inside. Dr. Mike was compassionate and gentle while diagnosing Bailey with care. I was pleased with the entire experience and reasonable prices. While the diagnosis was not what I hoped for but she is doing well right now. Surprising me one of the attendants phoned me the next morning to see how Bailey was doing; that was exceptionally appreciated. Thanks to each of you for your gentle treatment of Bailey. That moment came for us, and if it weren't for the critical attention and swift decision-making of Sandy Bulson at Mason Dixon K9, Reacher might not be here today. Sandy recognized something was wrong and sent Ryan with Reacher to PAWS Animal Hospital, where he was quickly diagnosed with the early stages of bloat. Ryan quite literally raced against time earning his NASCAR checkers in order to get Reacher to the Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital (no affiliation with MDK9). There, two technicians and the ER Vet were prepared for Reacher's case. Otherwise, I wouldn't be sharing these photos or writing to share the story. Thanks to the seamless coordination between Mason Dixon K9, PAWS Animal Hospital, and Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital, Reacher received life-saving care. The complexity of this particular case started with Reacher not showing the textbook signs of gastric dilatation-volvulus, (GDV), or commonly known as Bloat: no distended belly, no retching, no drum-like sounds when tapped. Something to note, bloat is a life-threatening condition that often presents with vague signs and progresses rapidly. Instead, Reacher was drooling excessively, refusing food, and suffering from severe diarrhea. Sandy's intuition and evaluative judgment led to that crucial appointment. What followed was 48 hours of intense anxiety for our family, as we were out of town and Reacher's fate now rested in the hands of the exceptional team at Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital. I could go over every detail, but it's best to sum it up and share just how amazing Mason Dixon K9, Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital, and Paws Animal Hospital are. They worked seamlessly together to save Reacher, and I know other pets and families who have found themselves in life threatening situations. Our family is forever grateful to each of these extraordinary teams. If you're wondering whether you're making the right decision by choosing them, stop wondering. You are. The only mistake would be not putting your trust in them!
