it was great! went with my friend to get promotion dresses for 8th. customer service was very good, and they answered all questions kindly and helped reach dresses that were too high up. i ended up ordering the dress online from the counter since they didn't have xs in the dress i wanted, but it worked out great and was no problem! the dresses were all very good prices, my dress was around 30-35 and many were similar or more for longer dresses. i recommend! read more

Racists!!! This store had absolutely horrible costumer service, which was very disappointing as I had came in with my daughter to get her a dress for graduation. Immediately the staff were following my daughter and I around, but not other customers. When my daughter got in line to try on a dress the staff ignored her for 15 minutes before giving her a dirty look and then snatched the dresses out of her and SHOOK THEM OUT??? They treated my daughter like a criminal, yet all the white girls infront of her in line DID NOT, I repeat DID NOT, receive the same treatment, they were asked how their day was and allowed to carry the dresses themselves. I find this truly disgusting and shameful behavior from the staff and we will NOT be returning. I am very upset that these employees, who are grown women, had to ruin my daughter's graduation shopping by treating her like a CRIMINAL. and I am going to call it was it is which is RACISM. She was the only one in that store treated that way while all the little white girls were waited on hand and foot. Terrible!!... Me and my friend decided to enter this store, hoping to find something. As soon as we walked in we were given nothing but rude stares. The worker was very unkind and unprofessional. She looked at least 30 with blondish brownish hair. When I asked her for a different size on a dress I wanted to try on she slightly rolled her eyes and said she'll check. 20 minutes pass by and still no information on the dress. She was very rude and snarky. My friend felt very uncomfortable and unwelcome. Costumer care should always be a number one priority. Windsor needs to do a better job on training their employees. Overall it ruined my experience of shopping here. I will most definitely not be recommending this store to friend nor family members. read more

Awful... Me and my friend were in here recently and we were given nothing but attitude and also received dirty looks from a women who looks late 30s with glasses. We waited over 20 minutes for a size and never was spoke to again. (Never got an update if she had it or not). Super unfortunate because it was our first time shopping at a Windsor and she left a bad rep for the whole company. The clothes look nice, but they lost a $100 sale from us because the only dress in the size we needed was on a mannequin, and they couldn't sell it because they were "doing inventory". So mark it off your inventory. Sales staff were curt and unfriendly. Not impressed. read more

Girlfriend wanted me to see how she looked in the dresses she picked out, but when she tried to take me into the fitting room with her, they said "HE can't go in with you". They also gave me a very stern, scowl. Surprising that they assumed my gender, given how they advertise as such a modern store. Most stores (Macy's, jc penny, etc) dont assume your gender, and they don't mind if guys and girls go in to a fitting room. GF said "if my guy can't come in with me to see how their products fit me then they don't deserve my business". So I guess there's that. Girls, don't feel free to bring your guys here, they won't welcome you. They didn't me. They have great products at cheap prices but their service isn't the best. Shopped here about 2 hours ago and the experience was absolutely wonderful! Even though they were super busy, this location knew how to handle the flow of traffic coming in! First off, please give kudos to Hannah who was managing the fitting rooms! They were bubbly and knew how to carry a conversation and was extremely helpful! Also kudos to Ayanna, who was in the middle of something, then saw that I needed help and didn't hesitate at all to assist me in getting another size. (I was too shy to grab another size outside since I was in another dress at the time). So thank Y'all! And lastly, KUDOS TO THE MANAGEMENT TEAM. It's very clear they can adapt in any situation, (having an influx of traffic all coming in at once) and still managing to smile and keep the business rolling! Thank you Team! Went to return an online purchase and the cashier(s) seemed very inconvenienced that I was there. Apart from the shirt I bought online running wayyy to small I did not know you couldn't return sale items. The cashier was very rude and short with me instead of trying to explain to me their return policy. I was trying to be nice but it was for no reason because he was obviously annoyed and did not care at all. I came in with my family today to shop black Friday. We went to get checked out and the girl who was ringing us up was one of the rudest worst customer service employees I have ever come across. She was wearing a blue sweater and had her hair in a bun. She was getting extremely aggressive with my family because we were asking her questions. She began to throw our items and sighing about everything. I asked her why she was acting this way and that we felt it was very unprofessional. I asked to speak to the manager and another girl with braids in her hair came up and said she was the manager of the store and I told her my situation and she was no help at all she made it seem like she was brushing me and my family off. We ended up getting checked out by another girl and she was the nicest employee we had run into that store the whole time we were there. She apologized to me and my family multiple times and let us know she would pass our complaint on to her boss. I don't know if she did but I wish I asked her name because she was genuine about her apology. She had black hair and was wearing a red coat. I want to be specific about their descriptions as We did not get any names. I hope their store takes this as a reality check that you can't be a mean service worker and expect nothing to happen from it. I am so disappointed with how we were treated. . read more

I have two daughters and bought a dress for my 14 yo two weeks ago and I just bought one for my 17 yo today. I absolutely love this place, price, customer service and selection were awesome! I have struggled to find dress shops that had so many dresses they liked in any where near these prices. Ashley helped us at Clackamas Town Center and was very helpful. If I could vote this zero stars, I would! Since the store opened up recently, someone I know decided to take a look and they bought an item from here. Later they decided it's not what they were needed, so they came back to return the item, that is where the disrespect started. They entered the store and automatically were greeted with a dirty look from the cashier, maybe she just has rbf, but her actions clearly said something. They disregarded the look and went to the counter to return the item. There they were told they cannot return the item by the manager and cashier because it has been worn, even though it had the original receipt and tag with it. They decided to ask if they resell clothes that has been returned but have not been worn yet and the manager didn't answer the question. They decided to walk away only to turn around and see 2 cashiers and the manager laughing and talking about them. They came up to ask why the employees were laughing and talking about them, when the employees were rude in the first place and the manager proceeds to say that they are the manager...okay?? Eventually the manager gives a pathetic apology and they leave the store. I would report the employees working, but none of them had introduced themselves or had name tags. I would just say avoid this store, unless you want to get treated rudely. read more
