The worst customer service experience I've ever experienced. I went here in April to get my…read moredaughters bridesmaid dress for my sisters wedding in June. They said it would be here by June 7th which was kind of late because the wedding is June 13. I call back and ask them again a couple of weeks later seeing if it changed, they said May 30th. So may 30th comes around, I call them ask if it's there and they said no it's not coming till the 12. I ask them if there's anything they could do about it and they said they will try. I call corporate to see if they could do anything, they can't and ive been in hold with them for 40+ minutes before I have them call back. They call back 4 hours later not being able to help me. I call the store today (6-2) asking if there was any news, earlier it sounded very promising and she took my number to call me back. 2 hours go by and no call so I call them back at 7:00 (they close at 7:30) and they kept putting me on hold and then hung up on me after waiting the 35 minutes to ask the question. Never again going to David's bridal for anything. This isn't the first time David's royally screwed me over.

K&G was recommended. Placed a few pair of pants in my car and stopped in after work. I went to the back of the store and spoke with the tailor. He was very nice; had me try on my pants and made the soap mark at the desired length. He said I could pick them up in a few days. I did. Happy to say that the prices for my alterations are affordable, I am pleased with the end result. I have even dropped off a few more pairs of pants. With that being said, I have found my tailor.

She let us look, then answered any questions we had! She helped us carry our selected dresses to the fitting room and then helped my daughter try them on. We were stunned on the more than exceptional customer service! This beats going to a department store any day. They adjusted a few loose beads on her dress and steamed it for her and we went back and picked it up in a few days. They also put down the dress and school, so there are no duplicates. I usually don't walk to this end of the strip and wasn't even sure if this store was still in business until I checked their website. Since I had a little time while stopping at some other stores in the strip, I came in to check the store out. I was pleasantly surprised upon entering the store. The store is very neat, however, there is a lot of merchandise and it did feel slightly congested. As I walked up the main aisle, I was greeted by Jade. We chatted a little and she told me to just ask if I need any help. Both Jade and the cashier were very nice. The website mentioned shoes, but there was only a small section. I noticed some ankle boots and heels (HIGH heels) and a wall with flip flops hanging. There was a section of wall with some earwarmer headbands displayed. I thought they were reasonably priced for this time of year at $2.99-3.99. A warm cranberry-colored one got my attention and I ended up buying something that I really don't need. Gotta have an impulse buy every now and then! : ) The clothing in general looked attractive. I looked at a few price tags and the items I looked at were reasonably priced. It didn't seem like it bothered her at all she took off the dress handed it too my daughter with a smile. I laughed because she had to place another shirt over the bosoms of the mannequin but hey I understood it was just something that made me chuckle. My daughter said she would bypass all the Rainbows in our neighborhood just to come back to this one and that's saying a lot coming from her. She asked if we were there for the hair salon and we told her we wanted to shop in the boutique. She then let us know we couldn't do business there because she was the only one in the establishment and was doing hair in the salon part of the store. WE WANTED TO SPEND GOOD MONEY & WERE TURNED AWAY! I was very embarrassed as I had suggested to my friend who came all the way from another state that we go here. We went from pure excitement to utter shock!! Never have myself or my friend been treated so rudely. No apology, no nothing but just turning around and the door shutting behind us.
