Terrible service. They flat-out lied, never showed up, and never called even though I scheduled the appointment a week in advance. I kept messaging for updates, and instead of answers, they asked for my email (which was odd) and then stopped responding completely. I'll be reporting them for dishonesty and poor service. We just had a windshield installed approximately 12 days ago. The windshield that was installed was about 40% cheaper than any other quotes we got and thought we were getting a great deal. However, after just 12 days, we now have a crack going from the bottom of the windshield to the top. Any impact of any rocks or anything? I strongly suggest you look into spending a little bit more To get a better piece of glass that won't crack on you within days of getting it installed. Windshield hub offered a discount to put a new piece of glass in, but no will be opting for a better piece of glass and not a cheaper one this time. Lesson learned..... read more

Bait and switch company. They quoted one price and switched to a price that matched my deductible when they found out they could make more money. Winshieldhub blamed the price increase on a computer glitch and would not honor the quoted price. Do yourself a favor find another company. read more

Will never call these guys again. 2 weeks of back and forth and cancelled appointments only to be told the night before that they can't get a simple gasket. My vehicle is Wrangler TJ, one of the most common broken windshields because its so flat. There are dozens and dozens of vendors dedicated specifically to selling Jeep parts. I can have a gasket shipped to my door in 3 days, yet a professional windshield company can't plan far enough ahead to have one after cancelling my appointment and making me wait a week? On top of that, they called and tried to cancel a second time and had the gall to try to tell me the tech couldn't make the Saturday appointment because he had a Dr. Appt. If you believe that, I have a bridge to sell you. I'd rather pay more and deal with a company that actually does what they say they will do. read more

Absolutely awful company to deal with. They Cancelled my appointment for Friday because technician sick. No biggy stuff happens. Rescheduled for the next day at same time. 40 minutes before that window ended these clowns call and want to reschedule again. When I persisted, they finally sent someone out and they tried to claim it was due to a rock even though it is clearly a lie (see pics) . DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Go with a local store or safelite instead. They did not come when scheduled and when they finally did arrive, they were at the wrong location. I had to call 3 times before i finally got rescheduled. And when they finally replaced my rear window, they left a bunch of broken glass in my driveway. Their customer service reps are nice, but ultimately useless. I've called 5+ times each for 30mins - 1 hr and each time I've had to explain my case over again and left with a "we'll call you back" - which they never did. DO NOT GO WITH THEM read more

Was quoted $258 for replacement passenger window on my Audi a4. Instead of placing the order through the website I called in to confirm the part was in-stock. After confirming it was in-stock, I placed the order. 4 hours later I was told that the part was no longer in stock and that they had no eta on when they would be getting more. I contacted Audi and was able to find the replacement glass and asked for a labor only quote. They wanted $220 for only labor after quoting me $258 for a window with labor.... I understand markups but to not work with me after placing an order with you guys this is. It the way to do business. read more

I had my windshield replaced today. Let me start by saying the person was late. I was told I will recieve a call 30 mins. before ETA. My appt time frame was from 9-1pm. At 12:40 I called and asked if the person. Was still coming because I didn't get a call yet. I was told he was on his was. At 1:07pm the rep called and asked for directions. After I told him how to get here. The customer service reps are not knowledgeable about their position. I would not recommend this company to proform service on your vehicle. read more

Even though this place is located in NY they also have mobile services in California where I live. Idk about the quality in NY but in California they must purchase glass from the cheapest source possible. I needed my back window replaced for my 2017 Chevy Cruze after a tree branch smashed it. I found Windshield hub online and they were a little more pricey than other websites but I figured id go with them because of their professional looking website and money back guarantee. I wanted to avoid any headaches essentially. Unfortunately for me the glass they installed was distorted. So I had to make another appointment to get another piece installed. The replacement piece was also distorted. I called them to get another replacement and was told by a manager named Joe that they would be providing me with a "Premium" piece of glass that they would usually charge more for. This third piece turned out to be the worst one. I called for a refund immediately. Luckily they do have pretty good customer service and the guy who installed my glass all three times was friendly and helpful otherwise I'd give them 1 star. Also their refund takes about a week so I'll be without a back glass until then. read more

Terrible company. Took our truck to the dealer to look into an electrical issue that came up on a brand new Toyota Tacoma. Come to find out water was leaking from the improperly installed windshield. Dealer provided a video with a water test and you could see air coming right through the windshield they installed wrong. Dealer then told us that our floors under the carpet were wet as well. Had to remove seats and floor to dry out truck to the tune of over $1,000 so far so mold wouldn't start. I called Windshield hub and they basically told me they offer a 3 day warranty and that they could not take care of the bill because I did not take it to them first. But I was going to the dealer for an electrical issue I told them and then the dealer figured out the improperly windshield was causing all the water damage and electrical issues. They told me to email and someone would get back with me. Haven't heard from a soul and the fact that you can not talk to someone who can handle the issues is frustrating.
