I was really excited to use this company to replace my windshield. Specially after reading all the great reviews on Google. Unfortunately, it was a let down. The work was completed, the windshield is in and so far no "obvious" issues with the windshield itself. However, my experience was pretty bad. In the begining everything looked good. I was quoted $332.10 online (excluding tax). Then when I went to approve the quote and schedule the work they showed tax and it came to a total of $367.80. I thought, ok cool, I'll round it up to $380 and leave it at that. I set up the appointment and chose the Cash option, because it clearly says you can pay your tech once the work is completed. I thought, "perfect". I went to the bank to withdraw the $380. Walter called the morning of to see if he could go earlier. Unfortunately I was still at work and we kept the afternoon appointment. Then, everything went wrong as soon as he arrived. Walter was pretty nice and friendly, however, he told me the price was going to be $401 and some change and that I had to pay upfront because that's how they usually do it. I told him it wasn't was I was quoted and that I specifically chose the Cash option because it says I don't have to pay until the work is completed. He responded that that's a special program, but that normally all customers are charged upon tech arrival. Thats when the big runaround and waiting started. He called some guy but couldn't hear him, even though he and I had just spoken on the phone minutes before. Then he called the office and spoke to a lady on the other end. He was also having a hard time hearing her so he put her on speaker. She then said that the price I was quoted did not include tax. I showed Walter the email I received showing the tax breakdown. Then she changed her story to say that the particular glass that was provided cost more and they had to up the price. To which I responded that the customer should be notified prior to the appointment of a price change for approval. Walter asked if I received any communication regarding the price change, which of course I did not. She said she would speak with a manager. Then Walter asked her about payment. She said a similar thing as Walter, that you can either select the CC option or Payments option but that you would have to pay a deposit before making installments. I showed Walter where it clearly says on the site "Please provide the exact amount in cash to your technician(s) once your installation is complete". So then the waiting began. We sat in the back bumper of his van on hold for 30+ minutes until finally she came back on. She gave me a "discounted" rate and lowered the price to $379.17. At this point I just wanted to have my windshield replaced so I agreed because $380 was what I was going to give the guy anyway. So then Walter asks again about payment. She reluctantly said, "Yeah, that's ok Walter. Collect payment once the job is completed". An hour and a half later my windshield was replaced. Walter showed me a couple of sections where paint was chipped from a previous windshield replacement. While I've never replaced the windshield myself, when I bought my car in 2016 one of the moldings was coming lose so I caulked it back into place. So I didn't haggle him because of it as I'm sure it was replaced prior to me owning the car. Plus it's pretty unoticable because it's right next to the new molding. In the end, I was left with a sour feeling about the wait time, about the run around, the price change, the false explanations, about the whole experience overall. I know the ordeal wasn't Walter's fault in particular, and he actually was really nice. However my experience with the company was unsatisfactory. Of course this was just my experience. I had read one review on Yelp where the client was quoted one price, then charged another. Unfortunately for them, they had chosen the CC option and were charged upon arrival. The pricing was decent and the install was good. The installers were friendly and did the work well and quickly. I knocked off stars bc I was charged twice and communication was lacking. (I got a refund but it took me calling to report it and I was down the money for days.) Despite the policy they have for customers changing appointments or cancelling (which will incur a fee), due to vehicle issues, my install was late and was communicated after me texting and emailing to ask what was going on with the delay. read more

They did provide good service, but what pissed me off was that they sent me a quote for windshield replacement for 350. Then billed the insurance company nearly 800. That is so wrong on every level. And people complain why insurance costs are so high. I sent an ema to them to discuss this matter and they never replied to the email. I cracked the lower passenger side of the windshield of my 2019 Honda Fit on a Sunday, googled for cost, and an ad for WindshieldHUB popped up. They offered bargain pricing, $200 less than competitors for the windshield itself but the total price did not appear so I called their toll-free number. Even though my model was an LX (bottom of the line) the rep said that it needed sensors which is why it cost more--the total was $537.02. I asked to make sure that the rear-view mirror would be replaced from the old to the new windshield and the rep said they would only replace the windshield. When I said "That doesn't help me," she hung up. The next day I called an auto body shop I'd used before to see if he did windshields. He told me to "Call Tony" gave me a number. Tony turned out to be Blues Auto Glass. He told me the windshield did not have sensors, gave me a quote of $250, installed a Honda Factory Windshield in 30 minute in my backyard and of course transferred the rear-view mirror. Original appointment was scheduled at place of work. Their system went down, so they called to reschedule to perform service at home over the weekend. The tech came in to repair a small crack, the size of a nickel. He drilled a small hole and kept pumping the repair liquid. As he was doing that, the crack expanded to a longer one. The crack kept extending quickly but the tech didn't stop - kept pumping and asked if he should keep going, telling me that if he does so, the crack will extend fully to the edge of the windshield. Seriously?!! He stopped when I said 'stop', obviously. Over the next day, the crack was fully 2 feet long and I had to get the windshield replaced. Called the company, they wouldn't entertain a refund. They said the risk is inherent in the repair. They offered to apply to cost towards replacement, but their cost was higher than competitor or even the dealer. Makes you think they do this on purpose. What a rip-off! The process of booking online was a breeze until it came time to pay. It turns out that if you are paying for the windshield, but not the person actually receiving the shield you must provide proof via an ID and the credit card that you used. The company said that they tried contacting me although I show no missed calls, and at the end of the appointment window called and tried to set it up a day later which in my opinion is not acceptable. Welp, just my luck. I scheduled a repair today was slotted 9am-12pm (I knew they wouldn't get to me until the last minute - 12pm) the tech pulls up and grabs the cardboard piece out of his trunk (looking uncertain), and of course, they have the wrong piece. They had the drivers side when I requested the passenger side and sent pictures. (I guess the tech just took what was given to them and did double check the piece inside before driving away from the warehouse). He gave off the impression he was annoyed and frustrated and expressed that it took him 45min to go to the warehouse and 45min to get to me. I immediately called dispatch and turns out there were no other techs available near any warehouses nor me who can help me. So, I'm still without a window.
