Which is a consumers right. When picking up the vehicle some issues were identified that the quality of repair was substandard The tailgate operation needed to be corrected with an adjustment went out of their way to make this inconvenient so I completed it on my own The spray in liner was only partially sprayed, the seam was a mess and looks terrible !!! The seam in the truck bed looks like a bad scar. These are the reason I disputed $550 of a near $13000 repair! Now in retaliation for asking them to fix it Irwin is refusing to honor their warranty, their work or even speak about it anymore! Had Irwin tried to repair the issues I would have completed payment when work was corrected. At least my insurance was a reliable source and are paying for a respray of my entire bed.
