The sales person Charlie met with me and took the appropriate measurements, was respectful of my time, and gave us plenty of options. Their professionalism was what sold me on the company--they were not trying to upsell me, or overcharge like other companies would (one other company gave us a 3 hour sales pitch and quoted 20k for the same six windows). Universal gave us a reasonable price and didn't take up unnecessary time. Eugeniy personally ordered the windows to the custom measurements, and when they arrived he brought one to store so that it wouldn't be damaged in transit. He had recommended that we install a new window in our exit door and it was the right call--that entire area looks much improved! The installers were prompt, professional, and the end result was clean, precise, and expertly done. Eugeniy himself came to check the quality of their work and made sure it was done to his standard before receiving the final payment. It is difficult to know who to trust with these projects--if you're looking for knowledgeable professionals who will meet your budgetary and time constraints, with great communication this is the company you want to go with. We will definitely be back in the future for other windows in our home!

All are scratched as vinyl is not made to be painted. Owner denies any problem and I'm out $8000.00 deposit after more than 6 months. Initiate lawsuit and filing a criminal complaint for fraud. The salesman Adrian Salazar called me the morning of the appointment to make sure I was still wanting him to come out, which I always appreciate a heads-up. And of course I was, I had lots of bugs coming in through the old original windows in my house I had recently moved into. Adrian was very personable, and full of information that I was seeking, in order to make sure all my needs were met. He quickly measured and gave me an estimate (at my urging because of those bugs!) I didn't even need to think about it, the product looked amazing, and with SO many choices. I loved the aluminum "capping" in a choice of colors for the exterior, with the interior being nice and white. I might point out that I got the 9000 series because the glass area size is greater, with a thinner vinyl frame, and I want all the glass I can get for that natural light! Adrian warned me that the email with the timeframe would be way out in the future, but it wouldn't really be that long. To say the least, when I got a phone call from Eric Rice the Project Manager saying my windows were ready, I was in shock! It had only been 25 days since that appointment with Adrian! And better yet, Eric asked if I could have them come the next day "or is that too short of notice?", my answer was a resounding not too short of notice, but yes, please. I might add that Eric also answered my myriad of questions because I wanted to make sure I had the house completely ready to get those windows installed. The next morning Marcelo and his crew started right away and knocked it out, working the entire day, even through the rain. And the results are wonderful. I absolutely love the aluminum capping which they form to the exact profile of your window trim, complete with mitered corners. They also use matching colored caulk, so that the gorgeous trim is seamless. Another great thing about these windows is the locking mechanisms on them, since they are low-profile and have a smooth feel to them. These 9000 series windows also have super smooth operating lifts in the sides, so they're easy to raise and lower both sashes and they also both tilt-in for cleaning. I only have wonderful things to say about this company and have never had such a positive experience with any type of home repair or renovation company.
