I was given a quote of $160 to come out and give a quote to fix the blinds. Well, I believed that was too much money. The company reached out to me, and the company sent a team to come out and look. The track device was broken. I was told that a new track device would be ordered. I waited 7 weeks before I contacted the company to inquire when the part would come in. I was told that there was a mistake, and the part was never ordered. So I was assured that it would be ordered that day.That was on 11/26/24. Apparently, the company does not want to fix the problem because it has been four months without resolve.

The staff continuously did not understand why were frustrated and in the end told us they would not give any more money back. The worst customer service and final product. Although there's fabric in nearly all price levels, it didn't take me long to figure out that the fabrics I liked the best were priced a bit beyond my comfort level. The triple digit cost per yard quickly had me circling to the more budget-friendly line of fabrics that were also beautiful. I spent some time looking at the books and listening to the employees help the other customers make fabric decisions. I was impressed with how well they were able to offer suggestions and assist in the decision making. CC is a type of store that will overwhelm you with options, but there's a friendly face to help you every step of the way.
