He was here a total of 15min (based on recorded ring video) and the charge was $125 plus tax. For a blind that cost $250 when installed about 2 years ago. Was never told it was going to be that expensive for someone to come out and repair a blind under warranty. No wonder they can give a "lifetime" warranty - they make up the warranty costs by gouging you on the service. Was told I could bring the blind in next time and they would send it out for repair - it's a bedroom blind!

I did not call because it was a window that wasn't opened a lot. Well a friend opened the blinds, and the blinds locked and would not close. I sent an email for service. I was given a quote of $160 to come out and give a quote to fix the blinds. Well, I believed that was too much money. The company reached out to me, and the company sent a team to come out and look. The track device was broken. I was told that a new track device would be ordered. I waited 7 weeks before I contacted the company to inquire when the part would come in. I was told that there was a mistake, and the part was never ordered. So I was assured that it would be ordered that day.That was on 11/26/24. Apparently, the company does not want to fix the problem because it has been four months without resolve.
