Also, after only 2 months in, the blinds, very easily started falling off (with just being brushed against), but they're usually easy to put back on, but not when it happens continuously. I didn't bother calling about slats falling off bc i knew I didn't buy the best quality & it happens with the verticals. I only called after I couldn't open a set. Now have 3 sets I can't open. They told me I'd have to remove the mechanism & take it in. I said there was no possibility of my doing that. He said the other option was to pay over 85.00, & his words "just to have them come out to look at the problem". (I only remember over $85, but less than $90). He knew they weren't old bc he looked up the account. I do want to mention that I did hire an outside person, that did this work, to install them. It was much less than their installation cost. I'm not sure if the outcome would've been different, but wanted to mention it. I'm also not sure if that should even be an issue. Have had verticals for many years purchased elsewhere & never had this problem
