But I cannot in good faith recommend their tint services. I got my tint done last week and nearly every window on my YukonXL has a flaw. I took it back this week to get the worst ones fixed (couldn't repair one area without damaging what came factory on the vehicle- not fun)- was the first person there before 10 am and didn't get my car back until after 3pm and have dust/debris bubbles all over my drivers window. The owner did offer for me to come back, but I can't trust it will ever be truly right and I will have wasted an entire other day. Additionally, I made the stupid mistake of paying via Zelle because the CC machine wasn't working and now I have no way to recoup any money. I will have to spend more money to have the tint removed and redone elsewhere. It's a shame, but hopefully others won't make the same mistakes I did.

The actual film that we needed was only available at the south Orange protein location so that's where we ended up. Since on the day that we had the tent installed, there were four installers at the time, the actual project was completed in 90 minutes. Stephanie was very professional and quite knowledgeable and made recommendations of our options based on our preferences. We are super happy with the end product and are kicking ourselves that we didn't complete this project a few years ago. The car stays much cooler in the Florida sun and our interior will be preserved as much as it can answer result of the film. The seats were stained, there was a horrible odor that I couldnt find the root of but it smelled like old and wet gym socks which I know one of my kids had to have spilled something into the seat and with the Florida heat...it was a bad combination. It looks better than the day I bought it off the dealership!

I took my 2025 Lincoln Corsair here to have the front two windows and windshield tinted. It should…read morehave been a simple job, which is why this whole experience is so frustrating. After the first install on 4/24 we noticed several imperfections in the tint and brought it to their attention. Tint was not cut straight, larger on one side than the other. They agreed to fix it and had me come back Friday 5/1. I picked the car up again, and by Saturday 5/2 morning, the tint still had noticeable issues. At that point, it's clear there is little to no quality control in place. When I brought up the additional imperfections, we were told it was our fault for not pointing them out earlier--which is not how quality control should work. I brought it back again expecting it to finally be handled properly. Instead, I was told I need to wait until Thursday to get back on the schedule. Thursday appt didn't work for my schedule and was given no other date. A vehicle should not need to go back a third time for a basic window tint job. What made it worse was the interaction with the employee. His attitude was dismissive and disrespectful, and what should have been a straightforward conversation turned into a heated argument just to get them to take the issue seriously. Along with manger never getting out from behind the desk on 5/2 to see yet again another problem with the job. The job wasn't done right or to my satisfaction. At that point, I asked them to remove the tint which was and option while talking outside but all of sudden when in front of the owner that was now not an option. On top of that, I noticed a scratch on the door that wasn't there before the work was done. We pointed it out, and it was immediately denied without any real effort to investigate. Overall, this experience showed a pattern of problems: Multiple failed attempts to fix poor-quality work Conflicting information from the shop Zero quality control Blaming the customer instead of owning mistakes Delays for a simple service Disrespectful customer interaction Refusal to refund No accountability for damage I would not recommend going here. Take your vehicle somewhere else if you want the job done right and handled professionally.
