I'd like to start off by saying I think the owners are good people. They are trying to run a business and survive in this terrible economy. But I cannot in good faith recommend their tint services. I got my tint done last week and nearly every window on my YukonXL has a flaw. I took it back this week to get the worst ones fixed (couldn't repair one area without damaging what came factory on the vehicle- not fun)- was the first person there before 10 am and didn't get my car back until after 3pm and have dust/debris bubbles all over my drivers window. The owner did offer for me to come back, but I can't trust it will ever be truly right and I will have wasted an entire other day. Additionally, I made the stupid mistake of paying via Zelle because the CC machine wasn't working and now I have no way to recoup any money. I will have to spend more money to have the tint removed and redone elsewhere. It's a shame, but hopefully others won't make the same mistakes I did. read more

I just spent an hour at this place waiting on an appointment that they had no intention of ever keeping. I made an appointment at 10:30 this morning for 1:00. When I arrived, I was told they were running a little bit behind but would get to me when the truck in one of the bays was done.About 20 minutes later, they pulled the truck out......and pulled in another truck. Someone did move my car in the shade and cleaned the sunroof but then went off to work on another car. After waiting an hour, I told them I had to leave. I was told again by the owner that they were running behind (he left out "a little" this time). When I told him I'd just made the appointment 2.5 hours before, he just repeated himself. He wasn't apologetic and didn't seem to care. I guess I should be glad. I was getting expensive ceramic tint and don't know how to tell the difference. I'm probably better off going to a place that's honest with me. read more

Imagine looking for a reputable company and finding this one so you bring your car to them expecting quality service. You get your car back and it's damaged but looks like they made a weak attempt to fix it. The middle panels between the driver and passenger windows ON BOTH SIDES are melted. You take time out of your day to drive back to them in hopes of accountability if not a resolution, and they lie to your face telling you that they pointed it out to you when you dropped it off. Don't get me wrong I wasn't expecting them to be remorseful, but I was definitely hoping for some kind of resolution or at the very least, accountability. They even lied saying that they don't use heat guns when I saw it sitting in their shop. I'm not surprised because it's very difficult to find trustworthy people to work on your car. But that's definitely the first time a business has lied straight to my face and tried to accuse me as if I don't know my car well enough to know that it wasn't there before I brought it to them. Especially when you can tell it looks like they tried to fix it and just did a shit job. I'm leaving this review here and hopes that if they pull this on someone else, there's history of them trying to get over on people. Or that I save someone from trying them out at all and running the risk. Other reviews have mentioned they damaged their cars as well. read more

Got my car tinted here. Actually they tinted my Honda a couple years back and when I got my Corolla they tinted that too. The guys here are very passionate and do a great job. They really take their time and the prices are very fair. They also do car detailing which I get done every once in awhile and the time and effort they put into cleaning every car is the reason I keep coming back. We were there 6 hours .. I'll start with that.. I really wanted to like this place but after three trips I can't bring myself to write anything positive. Brought my car to get tinted on the first visit, followed all instructions but tint still had bubbles. Came back the second time to have them fix it only to be turned away since they were busy (fine, that's on me for not making the appointment.) From that second visit we made an appointment to ensure we would be assisted and have the tint fixed. (Called the day before to even confirm we were good to go.) Third visit, they down played the air bubbles you can clearly see from the bad tint application they did and said that's normal. Makes no actual sense but they said they would fix it - all three windows. Come back two and a half hours later to only 2/3 windows complete. We told them that all three windows need to be fixed but of course the owner argues that's just how it is even though we confirmed with him several times that the THREE windows needed to be corrected. We took the measures to make the appointment, explain the issue and received confirmation that it would be fixed only to have him say that IF we wanted the three windows to be fixed we would need to wait until after closing. WE WERE THERE FROM 11:30am to 5:30pm. The gentleman that was waiting for his car to finished as well asked us why they just didn't do all three windows while the car was there inside the shop instead of moving my car to bring in another car to work on. It just seemed like they were being spiteful since I wasn't a paying customer this time around. Had they done a better job the first time - I wouldn't need to return to have them fix it. THE FREAKING TINT STILL HAS DIRT IN THE FILM AS IM WRITING THIS. Just pay the extra money and go else where to avoid a headache. :/ read more

I just had a traumatic experience at a tint shop in Orlando when getting my commuter car tinted. I went to a shop called AutoXtras on Colonial Drive, and everything seemed wonderful until I got home and noticed that all 5 windows had scratches with grooves on them. Immediately I called the owner who just did the installation and told him the situation in which he said I could not come back that day because he got busy (which was the first sign that his customer service was pathetic). Being that I was already out my $150 dollars, I figured I would go ahead and wait two days for his next opening and just have it fixed then. So I arrived right at the shop opens like he told me to only to find out that he was not there. I called him on his cell phone and he said he didn't have time for me today (not how you treat a customer that you have just completely messed up on). After that I told him to forget it. I do not want someone like that working on my cars. I left the shop, found a more reputable store to put it on, and the tint now looks great....$400 later. All this to say NEVER go to AutoXtras in Orlando and also be very particular as to who puts the film on your windows. I do not want anyone else to have to go through an experience like this (traumatic because I am very very very particular about my cars). read more

They offered all versions of the tint but carefully explain each one, went over the legalities of the tints and spent the time with their samples to help me choose the right tint for me.
