So we booked his service for a couple of weeks later. His crew showed up EXACTLY on time! A total of 4 people ended up working on our windows (inside and out). They were METICULOUS throughout. They carefully removed all the screens, cleaned out the window sills first, which included every nook and cranny. Then they got to work on the windows themselves. They worked for about 5 hours altogether, without a break (we have a large house). They wore booties in the house to protect our carpeting. They thoroughly cleaned all of the screens before putting them back. The windows are now sparkly and spotless throughout. They look brand new, with zero streaks. Turns out we really needed our solar panels cleaned AND our gutters cleared out, as the recent rains showed me. I sent a message through their website and the owner responded the same day, set an appointment for two days out, and arrived right on time. The whole process (57 solar panels and gutters surrounding our two story Novato home) took just over 90 minutes and the results were pretty dramatic. Very friendly father and son team, Cuauhtemoc and his dad are truly local - his mother's family is coast Miwok and dad's family are Yaqui... So they've been here a LOT longer than most of us ;) Truly a five star experience from a local, family-owned team.
