Victor from Emanuel Gutters was very professional and knowledgable. Hail storm last month last month damaged my roof. Insurance told me I had to have a roofer verify…read moredamage so I called David of CBS Roofing. He provided an estimate by email in about 2-3 days. Insurance adjuster inspected my roof and agreed I needed a complete replacement. Note: I contacted another roofer who said I had zero damage - very odd! David patiently provided multiple shingle samples (on different trips) as I tried to decide on a color (they look different on the website than in person). Once I had picked out a color he was there to replace my roof in about 3 days. He said the job might take two days but he was done in only one. His crew cleaned up everything (no nails found) and the trailer with the old shingles was gone the next day. Only thing left behind was some spare shingles in case I needed them. Best of all was the job came in at $2,000 below the insurance check! Excellent, fast, courteous, patient, economical and professional service. What more could you ask for!

House painting is more than cosmetic, primer and paint protects siding in particular from damage…read more I have older siding, some of which was replaced due to water damage, I wanted to protect what was remaining. The Gonzalez contract stated scraping of old paint is included, but the team refused to scrape paint off my siding saying they don't do that. I brought it up with the foreman multiple times. Well, most of the exterior of my house is siding, so I would never have signed the contract if that was stated at the outset. See the attached photo for how they just spray paint over peeling paint. I called the owner and left a message but there was no return call. I won't get into other issues, but for this reason alone, I am giving 1 star.

She flipped open her laptop and proceeded with a sales pitch (most of which did not apply to our property). She's also bad-mouthing other company's products, some of which I told her I had used successfully in the past. The quote finally comes, it is 7x what we expected.......... Oh, wait here's a coupon, it drops by 1/3. But it is still several thousand dollars. "No thank you". Shortly afterwards she texts her manager's special price, a further 30% reduction. The price has dropped by more than half in a couple of hours..... I don't respond. Next day, I receive a call from the Regional Sales Manager; he wants to make a deal....... No thanks! But....... I was on Amazon and noticed gutter guards that look a lot like the 'best product in the world'.
