One of the shades in the dining area began to fray at one edge. I called to report, and a tech came out. His solution was to burn off the frayed fabric with a lighter. He said if it happens again (which of course it did) to call and he would come out and check the roller. When I called, the receptionist who answered said I would be charged to send someone out. I asked for a supervisor. Jessica called me back and said this issue wasn't covered by the warranty. Total Blinds made a substantial profit from my order. Jessica said perhaps we were using that shade more than the one next to it. That wasn't the case. Even if that were true, the fraying shouldn't have happen ed if the shade was a quality product. Total Blinds and Jessica were a big disappointment! Don't waste your money if you want quality and a company who actually honors a lifetime warranty as advertised!

When I sold the house two years ago, they looked as great as when they'd been installed, and (in my opinion) helped the house sell quickly, and for a great price! Therefore, when I bought my new house, I didn't hesitate to reach out to Joy again. I found her to be just as easy to work with, and she had great ideas for the many, many windows in our new place. She also gave me great recommendations for other companies she'd worked with on the other upgrades we were doing. When anyone asks me about recommendations for this type of work, I recommend Joy again and again. She and her team do outstanding work!

Joy made it such a seamless process by helping us decide on styles/fabrics/colors/etc. We could have easily been overwhelmed by all the different options to choose from but with her expertise she helped us find the best treatments to fit our space and give us the functionality that made the most sense for us. We also appreciated her transparency in pricing by giving us different options in the estimates to compare and ultimately decide what we wanted to go with. We were also very excited to find out our shades were ready to install a few weeks ahead of schedule. Joy's installer Michael did an amazing job installing all of our 18 individual shades in one job too which we really appreciated since it was a lot of work. Needless to say we are so thankful to Joy and her team for their efforts and would highly recommend them for your window treatment selection needs.

We were promised the install would be completed by Christmas. We were skeptical but hopeful and since we chose not to decorate our home this year for the holidays we agreed to move forward with the installation. The 2 - 4 man crew were here daily and worked very hard to remove the old tile and carpet. Once all the old product was removed, the install was quick. The installation was completed as promised, two days before Christmas (10 day total project). The final result is amazing and beautiful. I am usually very handy around the house and consider myself quite the perfectionist however I have never taken on a project of this magnitude and I'm glad I chose not to. These guys really knew what they were doing and did a wonderful job. If you want the job done right, rely on professionals. Thank you Floorscapes. Great job!

They had to move furniture and had to deal with clutter - no damages and no complaints - all were friendly and professional - great job by all. After waiting for over 8 months for them, the shutters arrived defective and did not open and close properly. The owner of the manufacturing company (from China) even came to my house and verified they were defective. Everyone agreed and promised us a refund. To make a long story short, Robin the owner of All about Blinds refused to refund our money. She said she "didn't have it and wasn't responsible". Since our agreement was with the designer, Robin argued that we needed to have our designer refund us, not All about Blinds. Our designer refused to give us a refund because she said that she had not been paid from All about Blinds. We finally had to hire an attorney in order to get our money back. It was not an experience I would want anyone else to go through. Bottom line, stay away from All about Blinds! It was the worst customer service and worst experience I have ever had with a company here in Albuquerque. From what Robin (the owner) told us during the ordeal, she was broke and going out of business. Now I see she has reopened in another location, which why I am writing this review.
