We had been patients of the practice for years under the previous owner and always felt that recommendations were conservative, transparent, and centered on what was truly necessary. After Dr. Mila came on board, we noticed a significant change in the approach to our care. At multiple visits, there seemed to be a much stronger emphasis on recommending additional treatments and procedures that we didn't feel were necessary. While we understand that every dentist has their own philosophy of care, we often left feeling pressured rather than informed. Instead of discussing options and helping us understand whether treatment was truly needed, it felt like there was a push to add more services. For our family, trust and transparency are the most important qualities in a dental provider. We value a conservative approach and want to feel confident that treatment recommendations are based solely on our needs, not on offering more procedures. Because of this, we've decided to move our family to a new dentist who is a better fit for us. It's disappointing because we genuinely loved this practice for many years before the change, and we hope this feedback is received in the constructive spirit it's intended.

We moved here from FL and our previous dentist has been with our daughter since she was a toddler…read more She's 8.5 now so having familiar faces was comforting and she knew what to expect. Prior to moving to Frisco, I did EXTENSIVE research and gathered ALOT of feedback from other local Moms on the best dentist in the area. All of them said Texas Tiny Teeth!!! I love that there's an Ortho section also so transitioning won't be tough bc we already know braces are in our future $$$ Today was our first visit and although there was a ton of anxiety for our daughter coming to a new place with new faces, our assistant Jessi was a BLESSING. She has to be the most SWEETEST, CALM, KIND and GENTLE dental assistant we've ever had. She made a scary situation for our daughter a pleasant one. She kept her cool, when I was losing mine. Thanks Jessi! We're used to having a private room and it was my fault I didn't book one. Dr. Slaughter was very informative and very transparent with what we needed to do for our next dental appointment. He took the time to answer any questions I had and I appreciate a doctor that isn't rushing you. Thank you Texas Tiny Teeth for welcoming us!!

We did go through two main dentists over the 4 year span, but Dr McCray was amazing. Fast forward to my last 2 visits since our last doctor left and it has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Recently we waited over 45 mins from X-rays and initial exam / cleaning for the dentist to come and do her final inspection. Just sitting, in the open area. No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. I have started the process to locate a better fit for me and my kids. Use this practice at your own risk...

They both made us feel very comfortable and put a lot of my anxiety to rest. Office staff was very kind and helpful! I will be bringing both my boys for regular check ups here now :) The office environment is now very open/inviting as it seemed more dark/drab before. Honestly I was relieved when I got the notice of them changing owners (was able to look up new doctors) bc previous dentist seemed uninviting.

Although I respect Dr. Chan and Dr. Yoo for their clinical expertise, the front office staff's unauthorized booking of an appointment--despite my explicit instructions to wait until I could consult my spouse and verify my insurance coverage--constitutes a serious lapse in protocol. Discovering this unilateral action only through a reminder message was frustrating, and my follow-up call only worsened the situation, as the receptionist attempted to pressure me further instead of respecting parental autonomy. Decisions regarding a child's healthcare must always be an informed choice made freely by the parents, and these coercive measures fall far short of the professional standards I expected from this practice.
