I love that there's an Ortho section also so transitioning won't be tough bc we already know braces are in our future $$$ Today was our first visit and although there was a ton of anxiety for our daughter coming to a new place with new faces, our assistant Jessi was a BLESSING. She has to be the most SWEETEST, CALM, KIND and GENTLE dental assistant we've ever had. She made a scary situation for our daughter a pleasant one. She kept her cool, when I was losing mine. Thanks Jessi! We're used to having a private room and it was my fault I didn't book one. Dr. Slaughter was very informative and very transparent with what we needed to do for our next dental appointment. We did go through two main dentists over the 4 year span, but Dr McCray was amazing. Fast forward to my last 2 visits since our last doctor left and it has been horrible. The wait times are ridiculous. Recently we waited over 45 mins from X-rays and initial exam / cleaning for the dentist to come and do her final inspection. Just sitting, in the open area. No walls or doors, whereas they used to always put us in a room because I have multiples and they can get fidgety. She showed no urgency at all, and stopped to see other patients that were later arrivals than me and my kids. We were told at least 3 times that it would be 5-10 mins more, and it was not the case. I am saddened because this is the only dentist office my kids have seen, and up until a year ago it was amazing. Now, I do not recommend you coming here, if you value your time or customer service. I have started the process to locate a better fit for me and my kids. Use this practice at your own risk...
