First, it all seemed rushed. and some of the worst pain I've ever experienced from a professional. I say that as a Marine with multiple debilitating service-connected injuries. Since the procedure, my bite has NEVER been the same ( yes, I went back multiple times to fix it), and I developed a sore on my gums, which turned out to be a massive infection. I went to another doctor, having lost trust in this one, to which I was told I had a massive infection, a crack in the crown, and a PIECE OF TOOL stuck in my tooth. I have now been advised to have this tooth removed completely and get an implant. The new provider also mentioned they believed I didn't originally need the root canal at all. I went back to Miracle Smiles and retrieved my dental records, which I found a referral to have the piece of the tool removed. I WAS NEVER TOLD THIS BY THE DR. This oversight should and is being viewed as negligence. I came to this practice in a vulnerable time of need and got nothing but pain, rushed care, negligence, and now THOUSANDS more in bills to correct their mistakes. If you value your oral health and financial stability, avoid this place. Learn from my experience.

We met with both doctors, almost the entire staff. Love love the entire staff. SECOND & SUBSEQUENT PHASES: Office visits. Over this two year time span, the entire staff has remained consistently courteous, and genuinely kind. The staff is also extremely talented and their required skill sets surpass your expectations. The quality of care they provide your child brings a parent, like me, great mental peace. ‼ After several visits they allow your teenager to go in alone, into a wide open area and after the visit they call in the parent to discuss the assessment, their findings along with next steps. ADDED BONUS: They also offer token chips to the children as merits for certain tasks; one being for your child to wear a shirt with their logo. I love that because 1) helps your child grow into responsibility & they become more aware and also, 2) mentally prepares them for the visit, setting their expectations while removing any mental anguis/anxiety they may have.
