First all, i was able to get 2 single cards i've been wanting to pick up in Near Mint condition for under TCG market price which in this hot pokemon market is unheard of pretty much. They were super friendly, and had a good vibe of people playing when i went in. If i ever find myself in the area again, i will specifically make a note to stop in.

The first issue was a PS2 controller I purchased from the store that turned out to be defective. I had the receipt and had purchased it that same day, but when I asked for my money back, I was given a hard time and was told that they could exchange it. I eventually accepted the exchange, even though the experience already made me question the quality of the products being sold. The second issue was a PS2 game I purchased that didn't work. I had to make another trip back to the store to return it. After that experience, I was hesitant to purchase another used game without knowing that it actually worked. Then, on Sunday, August 9th, I went back to the store and found another PS2 game I was interested in. There was only one copy available, so I asked if they could test it before I purchased it. Considering my previous experience with a defective game, I didn't think this was an unreasonable request. Instead, I was basically told that it was up to me if I wanted to buy it. At that point, I was done with the store and walked out without purchasing anything. I genuinely tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but after these experiences, I'm extremely disappointed with the customer service. I don't feel like the store made any effort to make me feel confident about spending my money there after I had already experienced defective products. I would highly recommend taking your business somewhere else. I would not recommend this store to anyone looking for used games or gaming accessories. Honestly, it makes sense why this place always seems empty whenever I'm there.

My friend paid for the party and was supposed to have a designated host, which she didn't; however, she spoke to the owner who mitigated some of the issues they were having, which is great. Overall, I wasn't impressed, however. I'll never come back to a business that doesn't allow a pregnant woman to have water and with rude staff. I would have happily bought water from them but still needed mine with the designated nutrients. I tried to explain this but was met with rude responses such as, "Well, you can have it if you plan to drop off your son, then leave." Clearly, this individual is not a parent because this parent doesn't just "drop off" her kid anywhere. So, needless to say, one more place to mark off my list and to never return. I would have been more appreciative of a refusal of service than basically a slew of ultimatums. The owner was not present when this occurred and likely would not have considering pregnancy is protected by ADA. Too bad because I'm off during the summer, and my son had a blast, and I probably would have brought him here a couple of times.
