If I could, I would give this place 10 stars. I came in looking for a disposable electronic cigarette priced around 15-20 dollars. There was only one man behind the counter, Sam. There was only one customer in front of me when I walked in, but when it was my turn, more and more customers started to flow in. I decided upon one E-cig when Sam informed me that there are no returns, so he asked me if i would like to test it. While I tested it, he went on to help out the other customers. The E-Cigarette was non-functional. He returned to me after helping the other customers, and I told him it was a bad e-cig. He then handed me a new one to test out. He went back to help the other customers. This happened multiple times. The next one was burnt; the next one, a faulty encasing caused the e-cig to fall from underneath, hitting the floor and breaking it (I guess I have bad luck). He handed me a new one. He didn't stop until he knew I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire time he was friendly, charming, and was even cracking jokes with the other customers. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service, anywhere. This is THE smoke shop to go to in Tehachapi. P.S: Do NOT be turned away by the several faulty products: the fault falls on the manufacturer, NOT the distributor. Went in to get some items and the prices are fair but the guy working there is a butt nugget. He was really rude and demanded that we pay cash, no card. Not a great selection I might add, Smoke Scene is a far better shop with great customer service, go there instead. read more

this is the most goated spot in town that always manages to sell to me, no questions asked, even though I'm clearly underage. It's kind of wild how they never seem to care or check for ID, and I've been going there for a while now without ever running into any issues. Loaded spot. Friendly staff. Had a lot of stuff. I bought a torch. Maven Vipar specifically. The 2 star is because the torch I bought worked for like 3 lights. Then it just stopped. Called the guy. He said bring it in the morning (I live 45min away) so I did. The person working said he wasn the one who sold it to me. Which I understand. What was belittling was the fact the guy acted like I was dumb and didn know how a torch worked. I understand how the torch works pretty well. Iv been using one for years. Anyhow. He took his knife played with it a bit. Said he fixed it. Told me how torches work. And Now it just lights once every 15-20 clicks.. So I'm taking the loss of 40 bucks. Don't buy torches here. Or at least my personal recommendation would be to go elsewhere. I know smoke shops don't refund or exchange. That's normal. This isn about that. Came up to Tehachapi for a wedding and wanted to get cigars for the myself, the groom and his grooms men. I was impressed with their selection and glad to see It was in a well controlled walk-in humidor. The young man working the shop was very friendly. Since I left my cutter and torch at home I needed to purchase those as well. I only wish they carried v-notch cutters along with the guillotine style cigar cutters. This place has a lot of cigs and tobacco. I took a friends antique liter to see if it could be resorted. The owner wasn't able to fix it, but, he took great care while working on it. I'm not a smoker, but I have neighbors who are, they really like the service. read more
