There was only one customer in front of me when I walked in, but when it was my turn, more and more customers started to flow in. I decided upon one E-cig when Sam informed me that there are no returns, so he asked me if i would like to test it. While I tested it, he went on to help out the other customers. The E-Cigarette was non-functional. He returned to me after helping the other customers, and I told him it was a bad e-cig. He then handed me a new one to test out. He went back to help the other customers. This happened multiple times. The next one was burnt; the next one, a faulty encasing caused the e-cig to fall from underneath, hitting the floor and breaking it (I guess I have bad luck). He handed me a new one. He didn't stop until he knew I was satisfied with my purchase. The entire time he was friendly, charming, and was even cracking jokes with the other customers. I have never experienced such exceptional customer service, anywhere. This is THE smoke shop to go to in Tehachapi. P.S: Do NOT be turned away by the several faulty products: the fault falls on the manufacturer, NOT the distributor. P.S. #2: Please don't come here expecting to scam them for multiple free hits of an E-Cig. I had already paid cash when I tested my first one.

Came into this place today (on a Sunday) to see what the deal was. The awesome ginger dude looked at and tinkered with both for a bit and determined it was the tank that was causing the issue. We weren't sure if it was just the coil or if it was completely shot, but, they didn't have the Playboy coils in store (none of the stores out here have em.) So he called around and told me about a vape shop in Rosamond that carried the Aspire Triton coils, which are compatible with my tank. Since that was far, he called Mr. Vape, found out hey have the Triton coils, and sent me on my merry way. But, before I left, I picked up a couple bottles of the Schwartz Downside, which is surprisingly hard to find. Cool dude + chill customer service + one of my favorite juices in stock = my new go to spot when I come visit this desert town.
