Edit: I decided to delete my negative review after the owner reached out to me. As I had stated in my negative review, I had met the owner previously and he was incredibly kind and professional. And to be fair, I should have reached out to him first. I can't in good conscience leave a negative review because one new employee had an off day. Especially when the owner stated the employee apologized and acknowledged and validated what happened. And that takes a lot of courage to do, and not a lot of people would do that these days. It says a lot about his true character and shows integrity. In my book, that deserves a clean slate. A fresh start. Do over. No ones perfect. And I've had my fair share of situations I've regretted. The situation is not worth the weight of a bad review. Because of that, instead of updating and leaving the review, I deleted it. The owner reached out in a message. And I have not yet responded back. I wanted first to update this review. And to be clear, he did not ask me to do that in any way, shape or form. He just asked acknowledged the situation and hopes to make it right. Which they did. Simple validation and apology was all I needed. It's hard to admit when you're wrong or had the wrong idea about someone. That's the hardest. But we've all been there and done that. And I sincerely appreciate and respect that extra effort to make it right. It's all water under the bridge. Clean slate. No doubt I'll be in there again soon. Sure enough they had what I was looking for and much cheaper then what I found online!! They were very responsive to my emails and super nice. The shop itself was clean neat and organized! Extremely poor quality. Bought a glass dome yesterday and it cracked without even being used. The glass is probably the cheapest, poorest quality I've ever come a cross, and the price does not reflect that. Every piece I've ever bought from there is broken, and not through misuse. Basically if you want hookah stuff or tweak pipes this is the spot. Everything else go somewhere else. The rest of the reviews are definitely not real, as the selection is below average, and by no means is the staff friendly, or the place clean. Have come in here a few times and never bought anything because the lady seemed very rude. She literally comes out of the back and just glares at you and seems like she only wants you there if you're gonna be quick and buy something. Last time I came in she seemed too caught up in trying to sell a pack of cigarettes to talk to other customers and their prices are a little steep for all the glass they have too. Did a two minute walk up foothill to MUNCHIE MART and they were much friendlier and you can tell they have better prices from first glance!
