The reason for the 3 stars is the random up charges from the different employees that work there. I usually get the same products when I go in from this one individual. It's USUALLY the same price around 16 dollars. But when this other individual works all of sudden it's 27 dollars. I'm not sure if I this first person is giving me the standard price or if the next person is purposely charging me more. Needless to say I will not be returning because I feel as if I am getting scammed or charged more when others work the counter. Keep your prices at a fixed rate and stop trying to up charge or scam people out of their money and if the 27 dollars or the 16 is the the price showcase it so we can see what the actual price is.
