I have been coming to this smoke shop for years, even after I moved away from the area, I get out of my way to come back for the vibes. Walking in here feels like I'm coming to a friend's house, everyone is so welcoming and happy to be here and on top of the welcome atmosphere the variety of products they have is always mind blowing. read more

818 Smoke Shop - Super easy convenient parking right upfront. - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

There are only two or three places I go to for last minute hookah tobacco, and this is definitely one of them. Their selection is solid, with a lot of different brands to choose from. The pricing is reasonable, and honestly, they're one of the main spots that always has everything in stock--no matter what I need. Even for the small stuff that's easy to overlook, like needing a new bowl, they've got it. The service is great, and so far, I have nothing to complain about. read more

This smoke shop is right by my work and they always got me covered. Very professional, quick and good product.

Your typical expensive smoke shop in Glendale. But if you need a vape, you need a vape

Always very helpful , great service! best smoke shop in Glendale!!! Best prices and selection of products as well!

Good selection of hookah flavors they have two stores about 10 minutes away from one another so they can check to see if the other store has something you're looking for! Friendly service too! read more

Best smoke shop in Glendale. Open late night and they have everything you need. Helpful staff with all the questions you have.

Super nice guys always taking care of customers. Coming back for sure. Much appreciated!

Been coming here for years, best smoke shop in town, worker is always very nice helpful and professional

The employee wasn't willing to replace a defective product that I had bought only the night before. I noticed in the morning after I bought it that my vape was still hitting even after I would draw so I stopped hitting it for the rest of the day. I was very busy and wasn't able to go back to the shop until late at night the following day and the employee didn't want to replace my vape. Every single shop that this has happened to me at has replaced the vape. Unfortunate. read more

They always have anything I need, from Hookah supplies, to new tongs and Hookah stems. Nicotine pouches are the best price anywhere near here. The staff are always smiling, joking and in a great mood. 100/10 would recommend 818 Smoke Shop for all your needs! read more

UPDATE** They sold me some kind of vintage vape, they do not have the coils for it, and neither does any other vape shop anywhere. Been searching for days. So ridiculous and I pretty much just wasted my money on a vape that I can't use. Pretty shady sellers. Also on my old review I explained how my vape malfunctioned and they replaced the part for me... it probably malfunctioned because its a crappy/old vape. OLD REVIEW**Great selection of nicotine and tobacco products and amazing customer service. I bought a vape from them and it malfunctioned and they replaced the faulty piece for free, and explained to me how to prevent it from malfunctioning again. read more

CAUTION: MANAGER AND STAFF DO NOT WEAR MASKS. People in this store are blowing smoke with no regard to the pandemic. I spoke to a gentleman from their other location who said to come here for my return. I had been given a piece that's integrity was so low that it cracked when being set down. Honestly i knew it was a cheap piece but had no idea it was this bad. On principle of quality alone I'd say go to any reputable store that sells glass over this place. As far as customer service goes... that's a whole new issue on why you should shop elsewhere. When I was explaining the situation the manager (unmasked) was cutting me off saying "CASH OR CARD CASH OR CARD" over and over until he said " I dont return anything once it leaves the store, are you paying cash or card now cash or card" I walked out of the store to limit my exposure to these non masked people with horrible attitudes. Go anywhere else. This place is disgusting. read more

Poor quality. No refunds even if the vape is broken. Go to dream smokes. They sold me a messed up vape and then tried to offer 10% for a new one that was probably gonna be just as bad. Dude at the front is just snarky and the prices are high. Go to dream smokes for real service read more

I'm really happy this place opened up in Glendale. The tobacco and vape selection is pretty great. I've picked up vapes, rolling tobacco, and really nice water pipe. It's great to have a spot like this in the neighborhood. read more

Can't speak of their products cause I didn't buy any. But this review is for the service, plain rude. I don't need to feel welcomed, but was certainly made feel unwelcome and like I was wasting his time. read more

They never answer the phone it always goes to voice mail It's really annoying when you want to know if they have a certain flavor or item you have to go there because there's no getting through to them on the phone read more

FAKE PRODUCTS & WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE! I came in to get an E Cigarette ElfBar and I opened it to take a hit and it had absolutely no flavor. I told the worker and he said that is not possible and that he can give me a new one if I pay again. Like.. WHAT? I just purchased a brand new product and opened it up in front of him, it's not my fault the product is not working how it is supposed too. He offered ABSOLUTELY no help and did not even refund me or exchange the product. I do not recommend this smokeshop to anyone, they are a scam. Take your business somewhere else. read more

Dre day has been coming through ever since they've opened. I wouldn't take my business anywhere else! read more

Amazing staff that really look to take care of you. Even when they were out of an item, the worker there reached out to there other location + other shops to try and find the hookah head that I needed. Both locations, on San Fernando and Glenoaks, are wonderful. read more

One of my FAVORITE smoke shops to go too! They have such a wide selection of stuff to choose from, it's hard to decide sometimesthey always get new brands and flavors which is amazing. They even have exotic snacks and drinks you wouldn't find elsewhere! It's my go-to shop for all my vapes ever since I went to their other location on San Fernando. The staff here is so kind and friendly as well. They answer all your questions and make sure you have a good experience. Great selection and an even better staff! 10/10 experience every time! Terrible customer service, zero accountability the guy behind the counter just wanted to argue. Sold me a defective product and told me that's my problem. Go anywhere else. read more

Greatest smoke shop in the Southern California area. They always have everything I want in stock and it all comes in great variety. From exotic snacks, to drinks, to hookah tobacco, to cereals and dabbing accessories, this shop has it all. Not to mention, there is always fire music that is being played for my audible needs, with tv's that play music videos for your personal enjoyment. The shop is covered in white clouds at the top, and those clouds illuminate in different colors of light, mimicking the clouds hence a smoke shop. Overall, the boys at shop have great customer service skills and do a great job adhering to my requests and I would recommend this place to anyone! Shoutout to Gary one time. read more

Hands down the best smoke shop! When I found out they're opening this second location I was so excited, since it's closer to me. Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for great products and great service ! read more

Drove out of my way to come here, I'm a usual, but this time, suddenly they are cash only, won't let me see anything, acting sketchy. These kind of experiences make me not want to come back. Do better. read more

Very nice shop. I was looking for a smoke shop to buy some puff bars late at night, and the only shop that was open was this one in Glendale area. They close at 1am. I was running late and called the store to ask if they can stay open for couple extra minutes and they did. The guy at the register was nice and professional and helped me out picking some good flavors. They had pretty much all types of disposable vapes and a big variety of flavors. The shop looks really nice with Christmas decorations and a Christmas tree. The vibe was pretty chill and customer service was on point. I will for sure be back for more. Thanks! read more

Very welcoming atmosphere! Always have what I need in stock and their team takes the extra step to help their customers all the time.

This is one of the best shops in Glendale. They have everything you need and the workers are very nice.

Only thing these guys have is a decent selection . Don't shop here unless you want to be over charged for items you could find cheaper elsewhere . Also you'll be treated with rude customer service unless you're Armenian read more
