Friendly service and great prices. Highly recommend this shop over others in the area that over charge.

This place has FAKE products! I called prior to going to the store asking for a specific brand of battery and the woman who picked up told me they had them. I drove all the way there and she acted nice so I paid then left. But when I opened the box it had glue stains all over and it looked used on the inside since it was grey and partially red. I asked if she could help me out with the defective product and she got defensive and loud, while on the phone with a friend, stating she couldn't do anything to help me and "wasn't the owner." She didn't even try to ask him to help after selling me a fake product. Definitely never going to go back. Would never recommend them to anyone. read more

Roupik Smoke Shop - Battery that has been used even though "it was sealed" - Tobacco Shops Near Me - Glendale, California

Serj is the man! I come to this shop from north Hollywood because of him. They also have EVERYTHING !!

Terrible customer service Sold me two leaking e cigarettes. as i asked for new ones to exchange with she developed a real attitude with me and of the 6 ezzy ecigs i opened 5 of them were leaking. so i politely asked for my money back and she lost her mind and started yelling and gave me two different flavors n said these won't burn or leak as she continued to yell. apparently they have a no return policy? it was only 20$ i was not going to sit there and argue back n forth. she can have her money and her stolen/fake products. Not to mention two weeks ago she accused me of paying her a dollar less when the bills we're just stuck to eachother. safe to say never again will i step foot here. read more

Good prices good customer service. Location is good but sometimes parking is hard to find in shopping center.

Best smoke shop in town they got everything for the best prices. Good customer service at all times.

Have spent way too much money at other local shops in the neighborhood trying to find the flavor and product I liked best. Thanks to the IG gods I came across their page and Boom came a match made i heaven . Hella vapes and flavors to pick from. But what I appreciated the most is my friend took the time to ask what my preferences are. Local, friendly, and reasonably priced. Thank you friend! read more

Hands-down, the best smoke shop around . Their prices beat every single shop in town, and they also have a rewards program that gives you discount on your purchases. To top it off they have the best customer service and are incredibly knowledgeable about all their products. The two men that work there are always professional, polite and kind. read more

Very good customer service and also very good prices well organized shop they have all the brands and they're products are all legit

There are plenty of smoke/vape shops in the area but this one is exceptional. They have an enormous amount of variety with their products to fit all of your needs. My favorite thing about Roupiks is their amazing and unmatched customer service. The staff is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. They go above and beyond in every way at this store. I will never shop anywhere else because I know that every other store is a disappointment compared to Roupiks. Very nice employees, budget friendly, and high quality products. Much love and appreciation. I am happy to be a customer. read more

I just wanna say how horrible the service was ... I went back to exchange the max flow on the same day (hour later ) because it wasn't working well and the person that works there told me he can't change it and took my puff bar and used it Apparently the owner doesn't let them do that read more

My 17-year-old borrowed my car last night. This morning I found an empty box of Puff bar (e-cigarette). After confronting my son, he told me that he got it from Roupik's. Tomorrow morning, I am going to the police department and reporting them for selling to minors. Please share this with your neighbors who live in the area read more

Randomly stopped at this smoke shop because I ran out of hookah tobacco and needed to get some before heading home. I walked and was immediately greeted and asked if I needed assistance. I was allowed to browse peacefully and was then offered suggestions about the best sellers. The prices were extremely reasonable and the customer service was great. So great that as I was leaving one of the employees stopped me and said "Hey try these coals for free and let me know how you like them." It was a fairly decent size box of coals too.... I felt like an appreciated customer. Shop here if you can!!! read more
