Banana ice puff bar came out counterfeit

Went in to check out their great deal on puffs. I purchased three of them and when I went to try the lush ice, they both were barely working. The banana ice I didn't try until I got home and that one did not even work;the paint was chipped off. I knew something wasn't right with the puff bars since I've been smoking them for awhile. I told the guy who was very nice and he said if smoke comes out then I can't switch it out. Smoke or not, when there is a defect, I've had them switched out by different smoke shops. Went online to their original website and all 3 came back as counterfeit.

Bought good stuff here! Sako and his dad are awesome! They have the best price in Glendale! My new fav smoke shop! Will come back for more!

By far the best smoke shop I've been to. The people are here are honest and always greet you with a warm welcome. I am a cigar smoker and Sako has a well maintained humidor with a good variety of fresh cigars always set at the right temperature and humidity; perfect for on the go when I leave home with my stogie. Easy to go in and out of and reasonable prices on all there merchandise. Will not go to any other smoke shop after being introduced here. Bought a KM hookah also the last time I came in and the the guys explained to me how to set it up by far all my guest love it when I'm entertaining at my house. Thank you for the great customer service Citi.

Recently moved to the area and I was looking for a vapor shop. I opened up Yelp and found Citi Smoke Shop. I was very impressed by the variety the store carried and how nice the staff was. I clearly don't know anything about vapes, the guy was honest about the pros and cons of the different devices and gave me some options to choose from. He didn't try to up sell me at all which was nice. He got me all set up and ready to go. I'm definitely coming here for my future vapor needs. Great spot!

I recommend locals and anyone else visiting Glendale to stop by this smoke shop and enjoy the great deals they have. This is the only smoke shop in town I've seen these prices on the Puffs Bar. On top of all that the owners are very friend and helpful. They are very patient and love helping clients. Definitely recommend this shop. read more

Make sure to ask for your receipt if your paying with a credit card. I was dumb enough to trust him and say I didn't need one and saw a much higher charge on my card than what he said would be charged. read more

Another store catered to only armenians. Straight up rude costumer service. The guy at the counter was racist calling me a monkey. I'm black. Highly wouldn't recommend this business. 10 years doesn't mean anything if you can't provide proper costumer service. read more

Anyone giving this shop lower than a 3 star is nuts. They've been operating for more than 20 years, and not once have I gotten a bad experience with them. Sako is the most amazing person I've had the pleasure of meeting. For those that are saying he has fake products.. grow up, all whole sellers sell fake disposables due to profit margins. You might get a pack of 20 disposables and have 5-10 of them being counterfeit, we live in a capitalist country. I've worked in the vape/smoke business before. The reviews saying products are counterfeit don't understand the business of how these whole sellers work. The biggest whole seller arguably is "Vapor Beast" and I've gotten counterfeit products from them before. To those also saying he's over charging, I've never seen it happen before, and I'm there pretty often. Overall an amazing vape/smoke shop, I highly recommend getting your products from here. People leaving bad reviews probably don't even know what they're doing with smoking/vaping products. Research before you leave a bad review. A++ service! A++ products! read more

WOULD GIVE 0 stars. I just left this shop after trying to purchase a ignite bar. The owner of this shop I assume asked me "if I was pregnant" I am plus sized, but did not appreciate that comment made towards me especially when that is not true. You're not supposed to assume like that. I would never smoke while pregnant are you nuts? so I responded with that was rude. And he said I'm sorry and thought I was still going to purchase. LOL HELL NO. I walked out of there saying you're not getting business from me. read more

I've traveled from North Hollywood to Burbank to Glendale to find the perfect smoke shop and after visiting this place - I have finally found it! They have everything, and I mean everything you could possibly want! Vape? Flavors you didn't even know existed are available here! Hookah? All the top flavors from top brands always in stock! This is my one stop shop for everything I need. I have bought everything from all of my hookahs to all of my flavors from here and never once have I had an issue. All of the hookah flavors are always fresh, the glass hookah I purchased has been with me for months and not once did I regret getting it. Its a very convenient location located in the heart of Glendale so no matter which part of Glendale you are at its only a small drive from you. Definitely recommend this place to everyone! read more

I went to this smoke shop looking to buy a hookah and I was very disappointed. There were maybe 5 large hookahs that were available for purchase, and the only KM in the store was chipped (both the glass and the paint). The salesperson was not helpful and seemed like he didn't know much about the hookahs available. When I pointed out the glass chip in the hookah, a discount was timidly offered. I've been a 2 pack a day smoker for as long as I can remember. I started vaping 5 days ago and was looking for a more powerful mod to get the full smoke feeling out of my new vaporizer. I called the shop 4 times with questions regarding price, product/s, address and so on . . . Every time the same man answered my questions without frustration and he carried the new more powerful mod I was looking for. The price was reasonable so I went there to get it. The shop carries variety of items from hookahs, to music Cd's, juice and knives and various brands of cigarettes. What started to shape my opinion of the place instantly, was how clean, organized and fresh smelling the shop was. Sako, the salesman or owner, I'm not sure which, was courteous and helpful, and answered my questions with kindness and attention. I work near Citi Smoke Shop and i wanted to smoke hookah that night but i had no more flavor so i stopped buy to buy just 1 pack of flavor since its usually like $20 but i was in for a surprise since at Citi Smoke Shop its only $15 i ended up buying 2 of them and charcoal is only $9 for the large box of the coco mozaya. prices were so cheap i kinda looked around to see what else he had lol. i ended up buying a new hookah and a new vape. they had a bunch of different vapes and tons of different vape juices. oh they also are a paycenter for prepaid phones, i payed my simple mobile bill while i was there too. overall great experience and ridiculously cheap prices i will definately be stopping by here for more hookah flavor, ciggarettes, and my phone bill which i dont want to pay lol. read more

I stopped by this place to pick up a couple flavors of hookah. The selection is amazing they have literally any flavor you want. The best part though was the worker, Sako, he was so knowledgable and helpful. I wasn't sure what I wanted to get exactly and he took his time to explain the different flavors, which one he likes and would recommend. I'm absolutely blown away by how kind and respectful he was. I'll definitely be going back and I've already told so many people that this is the best smoke shop in Glendale. Everyone should stop by here if they're looking to get great hookah and awesome costumer service. :) read more

I had been looking for a good huka forever until i tried my friend's new huka and i was hooked. He told me he got it from Citi Smoke Shop so i went there last week and got one. Finally i have a good huka. I bought 2 hukas before from other places and they were both shit. Anyways, i got a khalil mamoon huka from them and it hits great, doesnt give me a headache and also looks very nice. Very good price too! Sako and his dad hooked it up for me and i appericiate it. Also their flavours and charcoals are cheaper than other places. I told all my friends to go and check out their hukas if they ever need a huka. read more

I found Citi Smoke Shop recently while I was driving through Glendale and I absolutely love this place. Sako the guy who works there was extremely friendly and helpful. FIRST, I was very happy to see they carried this one particular hookah named Roi I have been searching for and couldn't find anywhere else. They also have A LOT of great flavors, and the best part about this store is there PRICES!!! They have the BEST PRICES on everything in the store. I started coming here for a while now to buy my cigarettes, and I just started getting into hookah and they carry hookah products as well. Sako was very patient with my questions because I didn't know much about hookah. He recommended some flavors for me and also some coals. He was honest with me about the products and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't want. He was very kind with me and I won't be going anywhere else for my tobacco needs. It's been not long ago that I found Citi Smoke Shop, and I love their selection of cigars, guy at the shop is very friendly and helpful. He knows the right temperature to keep cigars fresh in humidor. Also they sell verity of cigarets, as well as electric once and much more, you need to stop by yourself to experience the professional customer service and pick and choose the product you need. On my lunch break I stumbled onto this great shop because I saw the signs for prepaid card plans and walked in to see the deals they could offer me. I walked in and talked to Sako who within minutes described the available plans and I realized that I was going to get a better deal than my current plan at AT&T. My friend works across the street from this place and we usually stop in for a couple packs of cigarettes and a lighter every couple of days. Without a doubt the what service I have seen. The shop is always clean and fully stocked unlike many of the other smoke shops I have gone to in the area. This place was absolutely amazing. He helped me test out different juices, almost 8-9. I am kind of new to camping and at the end I purchased some juices that I just didn't like before. With Sako's help I ended up buying 3 different juices and love them. In Citi Smoke shop they literally have everything you could possibly need for vaping. I have been to many smoke shops around the Glendale/Burbank area and this place is my favorite one in the Glendale area. The parking lot in the back is great because I usually commute there after work around 6 when traffic can be quite heavy. I am the occasional vaper so I come here and buy my juices. Best smokeshop ive ever been to. The owner is really friendly. He gave me a really good deal on the flavors and charcoal. Ive always bought my needs from other stores but after yesterday the only place ill ever go to is Citismokeshop Fumari flavors for only 7 bucks. Thats unreal.
