I was greeted with friendly staff, and they called me back to the doctor in a timely manner. Dr. Thomas was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, informative, and passed information to the assistant who would help finish the customer buying process. The lady who helped me already had my insurance paperwork pulled up. She helped select the lowest cost, picked out glasses selections according to my desired description, and we enjoyed a few laughs. Everyone was friendly and told me bye as I was leaving, quickly inserting that the average time for receiving my glasses was two weeks. I will certainly be back.

Paid for a exam for both glasses and contacts. The doctor got my sons prescription for glasses wrong. Call this practice for a callback...never once returned a call. I called several times. Finally decide to go in and get the prescription just to see if the one my son brought home matched with the one the doctor gave me. Weird thing to do, I know, but I did it anyways. The office manager with the personality of a salted slug, Donna, gave me both the contact and reading glasses prescription. How about both prescriptions were for contacts. I ordered my sons glasses with the contact prescription they sent home with him. He came home with 2 prescriptions of the same. They gave me the same thing...2 prescriptions of the same. I wasted money on an exam that gave me the wrong prescription for glasses and on top of that wasted money on glasses my son cannot use! Me thinks everyone employed here needs to go get their eyes checked from a qualified doctor, because clearly the overall vision at this practice is quite deficient. They are not going to like me darkening their doorstep again but they owe me some glasses or a refund on the eye exam. One or the other!

They took my friend to the other waiting room bc it had ac The nurses that did my initial set up were great! Leigh and Susan were very good to me as were the others but I didn't get their names. Dr. Willman is excellent and he tells the truth but in a way that's not upsetting if that makes sense. Due to my eye condition there was no choice for me I had to do the laser, plus Dr. Willman had to chip away too. The staff make sure that you are comfortable with blankets etc etc. Plus they take them off when you get hot. Everyone was friendly and kind. I let everyone know that when I'm nervous I tend to talk a LOT but they didn't seem to have an issue with it. My actual surgery was scheduled for 11 but I didn't go back until 11:30. I had the best BP readings in my life at a doctor's office!! The nurse also used the vein that I wanted her too. Once she got the needle in my blood started going and went slightly overboard but she cleaned up everything making sure no blood got on my clothes. She even changed the dressing bc she said it was too messy for her liking! My follow up is tomorrow and my right eye is scheduled for 4 weeks. My eye feels irritated and scratchy under this big eye shield but not painfully so. I'll be glad for the shield to be removed tomorrow at the follow up. The surgery center was immaculate so bright and clean. I highly recommend CarlinVision!

I came in to set up an appointment and the ladies there were really nice. The office is always clean and they have a huge waiting area with plenty of seating and refreshments while you wait to be called back. The lady (I didn't get her name) I spoke with suggested I see Dr. Thornhill, after I told her I would rather see a different doctor than the one I saw the past couple of times I was there. I am so thankful for her because Dr. Thornhill restored my faith! He was very charismatic, funny, and just overall great energy! He answered all my questions and addressed any concerns I had. He also recommended eye exercises I can do since I'm constantly staring at a computer screen during my work day. So if you are not sure which doctor to see, I definitely recommend Dr. Thornhill.

They want me to pay an additional fee outside of what I already paid. Welp, you live and you learn. I tried to support but I won't support this physician again. Go at your own risk.
