Upon investigation, we realized we could not open the door, despite pulling the release. It's now after 4:30 and we need the car trapped in the garage for morning appointments. We called several vendors, none of whom could help us at least until the following afternoon. Overhead Door of Glens Falls, took my call, said she would see if she could get in touch with her techs, called me back and the techs arrived about 5:15. Replacement of a torsion spring and less than an hour later our garage door worked again and we were able to make our appointments the next morning. A well deserved five stars from us!

The owner, Doug, was very nice considering he has a limit on distances to help clients. I am on the border, so to speak, but he said that he would send his man anyway. I called yesterday and the doors were checked and the the door that needed the work was fixed in quick time. The repairman, Steve, was very friendly and we gabbed a lot while he worked.
