The owner, Doug, was very nice considering he has a limit on distances to help clients. I am on the border, so to speak, but he said that he would send his man anyway. Terrific service and, in my case, next day service! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND D&S O.D. for your overhead doors!

I told Matt the car was not stuck in the garage; the door had broken after we pulled out. He had the time that day and came and found that the garage door spring had broken. By 3:00 that afternoon he had replaced the spring and in addition, he also oiled the tracks. The door is now opening quieter than it has in some time. I initially thought the door may have to be replaced, but Matt repaired it for much less than I thought it was going to be. He was very professional and did an excellent job. I have never called a repair person and had them come the same day and do a repair so quickly and I will call Matt for any future door problems.
