This is a family-run farm and the owners spent a lot of time teaching us about the sugaring process and how they run their farm. We were lucky to be visiting on a sugaring day and it was one of the best smells I've ever experienced. They also have a syrup tasting area and they darker grade syrups were so much better than anything I've had before. To top it off, the owners offered us a sample of local gelato made with their maple syrup and the sample ended up being a 1/2 cup of gelato, which was just so nice of them. This is a great place to visit and I would go back in a heartbeat!
