I politely explained, nothing was corrected, and to my surprise the cook came out and started blasting me while praising it's consistency and appeal. The email closed off by finishing on the unfortunate side of words I would never use (edited for swears) 'As for you calling my staff a B**** this is unacceptable and I will not allow this to happen again.
