Their mistake. Plus they never gave me the requested quote! When I called Emily to explain their billing mistake, she was incredibly rude, both on the phone and via email, and then sent my bogus "invoice" to a collection agency. Incredible. Sad because both Chris and Andre were very knowledgeable and friendly.
