We dropped the car off Sunday night, left the key in a secure lock box. No fuss no muss. The lady called before 8.30 the next day to tell us what needed doing and the price. It was so reasonable. Have them the okay to proceed with the work and it was all finished by 10.30! So efficient were they that we missed their call and didn't actually pick the car up until the next day! When my husband went to collect the car the owner came out and introduced himself and thanked us for our business. The car is running great, brakes work again (always a bonus) and we are thrilled with this gem of a find! Will be using Orange County Garage from now on.

Upon arrival I was told that the owners truck was stuck on the lift and it would be at least a half hour before he would arrive and remove it from the lift. I left and returned an hour later and they took my car in and I was told the service would take 45 minutes. An hour and a half later I received a text from the company that told me I had 10 immediate services required including battery terminal replacement, fluid changes and recommend new tires. Note: I just had the tires replaced by another company the day before. When I get to the counter the tech asks me if I have any questions about the text I received and I said No but I have a 20% Holiday Discount I printed from their website. The woman at the counter said my total would be $118 and I asked about the 20% discount and she said my $12 discount was included. I told her 20% of $120 is $24. And she said "this is what the system is telling me". I ended up paying $105 but when I got home I noticed a $8.64 job supply fee. What parts did they need to supply that I didn't receive?? Be warned. They are predatory. I won't be back.

They actually were able to get to it for diagnostic and they called before close of business. They were very accommodating with my schedule with some hiccups on my end but they were able to get my car fixed the very next day before noon. It's quite remarkable how much they look brand new and importantly, my range of sight has drastically improved at night! Brought the car in for check engine light. Paid $2500 in repairs for break calipers and installing…read morea side mirror and told check engine light was addressed...but No. They drove out to get my car and left a loaner. I was impressed! Two more return trips each time being told check engine was addressed but still wasn't. Didn't bother going back 4th time. Very disappointed.

They were going to install a new alternator in my vehicle and advised that they would let me know if I needed a new tensioner once they inspected it. After inspection they said a new tensioner was needed and it would be 3 hours labor for a total of $576. I called 2 other places (including a dealer) and they both said if you are replacing the alternator there really was no additional labor to replace the tensioner pulley as it only has 2 bolts. I actually called Macs back and discussed this with them and they wouldn't budge off their price. Long story short I took it to another shop (pretty big outfit) and saved $475 (This was the Troy Location)
