The photo printing service is best through the app, as you'll more thank likely receive 30-40% off. However, when you get to the store, be prepared to wait to service as there is not always a photo person on duty. Also be prepared to check your pictures, because many are cropped weird even if you did not crop them. Over all, I will still use this service.

I don't remember who I spoke to on the phone. When I arrived, no one was at the photo counter. I had had to press the call button. An announcement went off about 3-4 times before someone came. The employee was Jhazmyn, who was friendly. I was told my order hadn't been printed yet... She then proceeded to do so. While waiting, a lady came to get her order. She mentioned that she received an email that it was ready, but it wasn't. Jhazmyn started printing her order while mine was printing on a different machine. I had 6 posters total and 3 were done by 5:40pm. Jhazmyn told me around that time that I was told the machine was cleaning itself. My stuff didn't finish until about 5:50pm. Needless to say I was late to work and this was something I needed for work. I was extremely annoyed because why tell people their order will be ready in an hour when it's not. Why send people emails that their order is ready when it hasn't even been printed. Most importantly, why tell me you're starting the printing process while I'm on the phone with you and I get there and you didn't. That's truly ridiculous. This location really isn't dependable all all. I will have to start using another location. They are not on point with the photo or the pharmacy.
