We recently had Wilson Window & Doors replace all 20 of the original windows in our home with PGT WinGuard impact windows, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. From the beginning, Brad made the sales process smooth and pressure-free. He answered every question we had, was transparent throughout the process, and helped us feel confident we were making the right decision. Nick did an excellent job overseeing the project from start to finish. Communication was outstanding, the installation was scheduled as promised, and his attention to detail gave us confidence that everything would be done correctly. The installation crew replaced all 20 windows in just two days. Sixteen of those windows had existing custom Norman wood plantation shutters that remained in place during the installation, which saved us considerable time and expense. The crew was professional, respectful of our home, and did an excellent job cleaning up each day before leaving. After installation, we discovered a few windows that needed adjustment. Eugene came out promptly, diagnosed the issue with the balances, and corrected everything. The windows now operate exactly as they should. It was reassuring to see Wilson stand behind their work and resolve the issues quickly. We've already noticed a significant difference in comfort, especially in our southwest-facing rooms, which stay noticeably cooler during the afternoon than they did with our original windows. We've also been pleasantly surprised by how much outside noise has been reduced. Those improvements alone have made a big difference in our enjoyment of the home. We want to acknowledge the services of Wilson Windows. Our 2 year old home was purchased with pocket patio sliders. After attaching the standard metal hurricane shutters in preparation of Hurricane Ian and riding through the storm, we were curious about learning more about hurricane proof sliding glass doors. Our sales rep Mark was very informative detailing the construction of their hurricane proof doors, it's benefits as well as their extensive testimonies of satisfied customers (both residential and commercial). There was never any pressure to purchase as it is our practice to give thoughtful consideration to such an investment. Outstanding Experience with Wilson Windows! I had a fantastic experience with Wilson Windows in Sarasota and would absolutely recommend them. These guys are GREAT... I had a very negative experience with a different company. Wilson gave me new windows and sliders at half the cost of the other company. Their guys are friendly and efficient. The team works well together. They checked everything multiple times to make sure they had all the hardware in and all the caulking done.
