Mine was the dreaded broken glass on a piece of framed artwork. Located on the island in Venice, there was easy parking on the street right in front of the shop. The woman working at the counter was attentive and gave me a price to install a new piece of glass right away. She said it would be done today or tomorrow. They over delivered and had it done in just a few hours. That's great service. Not only did they replace the broken glass at a reasonable price, but they mounted the picture back in the frame, just the way it was. I walked out of the shop with a "like new" picture frame for my art wall. I hope I don't break any glass in the near future, but if I do, this is where I will go for a new piece of glass. Cheers!

As custom home builders we try to use local businesses for our labor and supplies for each home to support our local community. We hired this company for mirrors in a high end custom home. We did not get the service or product we paid for. It all started when they charged our CC without permission after install- we received the bill after the charge?. Next, they did not clean the crayon/marker off the mirrors installed so they missed the fact that two mirrors were scratched and not receiving the invoice or being asked to sign an order on site, or even to accept the product, we did not call within the 24 hours as we did not know this information- again because they had yet to send us this info. When we did call and email to ask that they fix their defected product, they refused . We explained the entire process and timeline but were told it too bad, They refused to stand by their work and the mistakes that their staff made. How disappointing when you try to give this local company a chance and they really mess you over. I am writing so this does not happen to anyone else in the community. Please beware when calling this company. They do not take care of their customers.

The workmanship sucked, they did not complete the job even with an agreement to pay upon completion!! However, we just received a construction lien from them after they had put the wrong glass in the spare bedroom and their promise to replace it with the correct glass, we are still waiting for them to replace the correct glass!!
