I approached one of the guys and just asked him to look at where the debris landed on my property. It was PILES of old pines covering everything. It was a big mess. They both agreed that this was a mess and that it was their job to correct it. They APOLOGIZED!These two young men were so polite and accommodating, I was disarmed. They assured me that they would clean the whole thing up. And you know what? THEY DID! Happily! They jumped right in and grabbed all the debris and bagged it and it weighed a ton! They were proud of the work they did. What impressed me most is that I truly felt that it was as important to THEM as it was to ME that the job was done right. They checked with me several times to see that it was ok and DID I SEE ANYTHING ELSE THEY COULD DO ? The design and materials are adequate. The engineering, installation and finishing detail is low grade. There were several adjustments that needed to be made to get the gutters and downspouts to carry rainwater away from the building. The field crew just didn't have the know-how to fix them all. The back office tried to coach the crew on the phone and was successful in some repairs. But out of frustration I finally hired a local aluminum gutter company to fix it. Today was the first heavy rain. More leaks. Water poured through where the gutter meet the wall, flowed down the exterior wall and through my glass doors and flooded the back of my house, ruining much and creating an expensive mess. I will call my trusted local aluminum gutter company again to fix this, NOT ABSOLUTE ALUMINUM. And then I will call my lawyer.

The total invoice was for $541.88 with a breakdown of $85/hr charge with 3-hour minimum for the first day they came out to examine the problem, and another 3-hour minimum charge for the next day when they returned to apply sealant to a few cracks where water was leaking. Brittney, who sent the invoice stated that a 3-hour minimum was their policy and refused to supply a written copy of their billing policy when asked. Brittney was very abrupt and curt in her email replies and when I offered to pay for 1-hour on the first day and 3-hours on the second day was told I needed to pay for the entire invoice as it originally stated or they would apply a lien to the property. I will never do business with this company again and reported them to BBB for excessive billing practices and failure to supply a copy of the billing policy when asked.
