He said he would take care of it, gave me a quote and I got pictures 3-4 days later of before and after and it was night and day! Our neighbors and friends asked for his information as it is very difficult and expensive to find somebody short notice who wants to work and is kind and understanding. (I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry.
