Complete Door removal and reinstalled rather than giving me a new door. Never a option given, continuous failed repairs. Initially 3 mechanics than 3 more mechanics which 1 mechanic working on this project for 2 months when he's available. He said here's my cell number call or text me im assuming because I was calling the office every 3 days and when I asked for a specific person I recieved false information for scheduling. Rumored me because every time the mechanic comes he's coming from another project so it cost the company consistent loss of funds. The owner was not available for months. This is October 28th. Tried reaching the mechanic who took over this project who is not returning calls or text for 2 weeks. I have a new contact in the office im calling again due to no response from the present mechanic. She is scheduling him to come back as im speaking now with the office scheduling department. 9 months of aggravation and my time baby sitting when they were here. My time has been a average of 4 hours per visit totaling 48 hours so far. I was in construction as a senior vp project manager interior retro fits,i never in all my time in construction ever ever seen such a circus, i would havebeen terminated after the vendor failed the second time very sad results here!!!. The start of this process was a salesman who told me how great the company is and how long they have been in business. When I was ready to sign he tried to get more money from than said he's sorry made a mistake. I signed for the door and complete installation. When I started having problems he never responded to texts or phone messages. When I left a message to get a price for a window he told me$1,500. When he finally called back because it was another sale for him. I called the main office and they agreed the price was obserd,so the correct price was $1,000.00 this window leaked as well and took 3 0mechanics visits to re seal 3 x,s. So in liue of my wonderful experience if you're a masochist go for it with window depot. I hope other dissatisfied coustomers would check and re submit there dissatisfied experiences. The posts up on the comments make this company look outstanding. Where are all the other ones???? Good luck hoping you continue to research window, door purchases and installation. Buyer beware I was sold horrific unprofessional bill of goods. MY ERROR , FRANK

They came out numerous times to fix the issue, and every time, they sent different people/ contractors to check on it and claimed they had fixed the issue. The issue was never fixed! They recently re-installed the window and made some adjustments but now it is worse. Anytime it rains, water comes into the unit, and the drywall and the baseboards and window trim are damaged. Stay clear from this company. VERY BAD WORK!

This past Friday I met the guys from "New South Window Solutions of Sarasota" Brett the "Corporate Trainer" was training this "African" guy. Yes, I thought "Aussie", he corrected me. So, this it how it started: The old bait and switch! On Friday this guy's boss (Brett Ray, the corporate trainer) wrote a contract for 13K for the patio door replacement. They made a mistake on the contract, they forgot to include the discounts (the discounts weren't applied, yet the contract showed the total being $13421.00 for 6/8 French doors, hurricane rated.) On Monday the trainee returned. To make a long story short he raised the price up 10K to a total of 23K. The sales guys said it was because the opening was 96X72, so therefore would cost more. The original contracted clearly stated 6/8 which is, let's do the math: 6X12=72 8X12=96. Nothing changed except them raising their price. Here is them in action changing the price. https://youtu.be/1r8UlSdlnGs?si=r1Kclqp_zLPuF6bL
