Worst experience ever with this company. Contract signed. Tried to reach them to add to the order. Ghosted by the sales rep and management. Ultimately they said they could not help us but waited until after the 3-day cancellation period. Then they claimed owe $5,000 cancellation fee and lined the house. No choice but to pay it. This company really earns it 5 star rating. Service was excellent from my initial meeting with salesman Antonio Cardenas to the end of installation. The Installation team of Tyler, Matt and Landon were prompt, courteous and efficient. Things were cleaned up and left orderly at the end of each day. Upon completion, Trevor Green came in and went over each window with a mirror and flashlight to quality check screws and caulking. The process on the whole was impressive and I am a happy customer. Brian immediately emailed me all info regarding of his company such as product warranty, workmanship warranty, business license, liability insurance... BEFORE his appointment and that gave me a peace of mind. Brian showed up on time on his appointment and gave my husband and I a good presentation of his company, the products that are available and the turnaround time. When the head installer applied the caulking on the outside of my windows I was very upset, Dark brown caulking was applied to my white window frames in a very sloppy and unprofessional manner, When Absolute manager came to inspect the final installation I was tossed a card for a painter that I should call to fix the mess. After calling the company they sent another manager who had no excuse but did send a painter to paint over their mess. The painter tried his best but my windows are still sloppy. I look around my neighborhood where other companies have installed windows and the caulking is perfect. The installer told me he is paid by the window.....maybe he was in a rush and was not trained. From the salesperson Eric to the last installing person I was completely happy and very satisfied This is a 5 star business with 10 star associates . If you need windows and doors you must give them a call and ask for Eric to start with and then everyone after that will be great as well. The clean up was amazing I expected such a different out coming and planned on cleaning for hours. They do an exceptional install. My house has transformed since the installation all that come into my house are amazed in the difference the new windows and doors make. My power bill went down already over 20$ and this was part of August so you now I had the AC blasting. Thank you Frank and Char for a great installation. We recently contracted Absolute Window & Door to install sliding glass doors and windows. As part of the project, multiple rotted wood beams were also replaced. NOT impressed with Absolute Windows in Venice. I have been flipping houses for 10 years now in Venice and was told to try Absolute. Had to wait five weeks longer than what they originally committed for delivery and install. Service is not acceptable. I will go with another company for my next house as Absolute Windows is unreliable and they don't seem to care. Don't waste your time with them as you'll probably regret it as much as I do. read more
