The owner Bob installed all of the Horizontal Blinds throughout the house as well as all the vertical blinds for all my sliding doors. They did an amazing job at a very fair price! I had received many other estimates. flash forward to hurricane Ian I lost my roof and 80% of my walls had to be replaced down to the studs. After almost 2 years since the hurricane. I needed to put all my Blinds backup throughout the house. during all the construction I was missing numerous parts and Vertical blind clips. I searched for months with no luck. I finally found a small sticker with Charlotte Home Decor on it. I went to the location 2733 S. Tamiami trail in Port Charlotte. Bob was just leaving to meet someone. when I showed him the parts I was looking for, he explained that didn't make those parts any longer. Then he said let me look. He spent the next 30 minuets looking around the shop and even in his Van. He found everything I needed!! I was and still am truly amazed. The staff and Bob were over the top friendly and caring. I would HIGHLY Recommend their warm and friendly service, quality products (still work great after 10+ years) If I ever need any new Blinds, Shades, Shutters and Motorization Products, or if any one I know needs these items I will send them there. The estimator measured wrong therefore the product when delivered did not fit the opening and they cut decorative moulding around the window leaving glue stuck to home and a very unaesthetically looking window. Owner David did nothing to resolve issue. How could any business leave a job looking so bad, messy, incorrect and just plain wrong. Would never recommend this company. Really this company and all the employees should be ashamed of the job from start to finish.

However, they thanked me for asking and expressed gratitude that I'd offered. They diagnosed my problem (operator error). And explained how the remote control operated. They complimented my condo and were super polite and professional. Before they left, I asked if they had time to check with my downstairs neighbor, as she was experiencing some leakage problems. (I knew where this was going) Immediately she went into a sales pitch about replacing all of my windows and throwing in an obviously rehearsed sales pitch. When I told her I didn't have the money to replace all of my windows now, she said, well I have to tell you we are booking out to 8 weeks. That's the same as getting a ridiculously high quote for a job a contractor doesn't want to do. I guarantee you if I wanted all of my windows replaced, I would not have an 8 week wait. If you're looking to replace all of your windows and doors, perhaps this is a good option for you but clearly they could not be bothered with a "small job" like mine when there's bigger fish to fry. So when it's time to replace my windows, and that day is coming, because they didn't want to help me now, I won't go to them for the big job.
